The Bible, the justice system and common sense dictates a person cannot testify on their own behalf. Therefore the Bible cannot testify on its own behalf.------------------------------ Since the New Testament did not exist at the time of its own writing, it is impossible for anything in the New Testament to testify about the New Testament. ----------------------------------- The Bible isn't a Book, but a collection of books by different authors. Therefore authors may testify for another book as long as they weren't the author of that book------------------- Where legitimate testimony exists, what is being testified to? For example Psalm 119 may testify about Torah; "the word is perfect" but that does not equate to inerrant, but rather, perfect for the job it is intended for.----------------------------
The bottom line is the Bible is a extremely valuable written record by and about the relationship with God.our physical and spiritual ancestors had. The Bible is a God inspired tool designed to bring us into relationship with the "Living Word" rather than bring us into relationship with a Paper Pope.
The Messiah has built the Third Temple, gathered all Jews back to Israel, ushered in an era of world peace, and spread universal knowledge of HaShem.
Isn't there peace between God and man? Therefore, no more tears?
Isn't it clear that any New Covenant, just by virtue of being New, must necessarily imply some sort of changes to the old way of doing things? Paul was taught by Y'shua himself and was called to preach to the gentiles. So the fullness of the gentiles have come in long ago.
"Since Paul has made it clear he is not against God’s law, it would seem that your contention he somehow opposes the law is just an unsuccessful allegation."
*Paul was writing drash and midrash on the Law. My contention is the writings of Paul are not "Law", they are "PaRDeS"
"So I ask, what is usually the motive behind an unsubstantiated false accusation ??"
*It is not unsubstantiated. Paul approves of eating meat sacrificed to idols. Jesus condemns meat sacrificed to idols.
Sure HaShem can update Torah.....through Messiah....period.
If you feel otherwise, please post explicit Torah verses and/or teachings of Jesus which say others have the authority to change/add/subtract/update Torah?
The Jewish council of apostles decided that gentile converts were to abstain from meat sacrificed to idols to keep peace in the church.
Paul clarifies that to the pure all is pure but said it was better not to eat meat again if it caused a brother to sin because some weaker brother may think dumb idols could spiritually pollute the meat. So he was making a distinction.

Well, we know the Ruach HaKodesh is from Y'shua and He is the Messiah.
The Letter to the Gentile Believers
…28 It seemed good to the>>> Holy Spirit and to us <<<<not to burden you with anything beyond these essential requirements: 29You must abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals, and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.”
Paul was taught by Y'shua himself so again the Ruach HaKodesh was with him while he was alone being taught in the desert for 3 years.
It is different depending on where you are reading. Therefore one can't say the Bible is this or that.
Basically it is a collection of texts separated out as special because some contain Instructions from God, some for Wisdom, some for History, some for Songs, some for Prophecy, etc....
However without the Holy Spirit the Bible could be a path to God or a path to Death.
The Bible is a God inspired Tool used to accomplished many things according to the will of God and/or man.
The Tanakh itself shows that history is not static, and that what was appropriate for Israel at one stage in her development is inappropriate at another stage.
The children of Israel were so wicked that HaShem had to give them 613 laws to guide them into Holiness ...to be a light to the nations. He was a schoolmaster by giving them kosher food laws to remind them to not blend with other cultures. But there came a time when Jews and gentiles could come together as one people with common rituals. Therefore the kosher rules not need apply . Remember , the book of Acts was a transitional book so I do believe from what I have presented here that Paul was not deceptive in his speech and actions. Peter welcomed him as a brother and I hope you will too.
"It seemed good to the>>> Holy Spirit and to us <<<<not to burden you with anything beyond these essential requirements: 29You must abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals, and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.”
*These commands come straight from Torah, nothing new here.
Except......
Paul, changes this, saying a idol is nothing, so go ahead and eat the meat if a weaker brother is not looking. Then in Revelation the risen Jesus condemns the practice of eating meat sacrificed to idols.
"because some weaker brother may think dumb idols could spiritually pollute the meat. So he was making a distinction."
*Nope.
The idol may or may not pollute the meat. It is a mute point; animals offered to idols are strangled, therefore still have the blood in them. This is what pollutes the meat and a direct violation of Torah to eat meat with the blood in it.
