Titus 1:6-9: An **ELDER** must be blameless, faithful to **HIS** wife, a **MAN** whose children believe... Since an **OVERSEER** manages God's household, **HE** must be blameless... **HE** must **HOLD FIRMLY** to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that **HE** can encourage others by **SOUND DOCTRINE and **REFUTE THOSE** WHO OPPOSE IT**.
I Timothy 5:17: The **ELDERS** who direct rhe affairs of the church well are worthy of a double honor, especially those whose work is **PREACHING ** and **TEACHING**!
I Timothy 3:1 Whoever desires to be an **OVERSEER** desires a noble task. Now the **OVERSEER**is to be above reproach, faithful to **HIS** wife, tenperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable and **ABLE TO TEACH**!!
I Timothy 2:11: A **WOMAN** should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a **WOMEN** **TO TEACH** or to assume authority **OVER A MAN**; she must be **SILENT**. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not the one who was deceived and became a sinner!
This command in God's Word would also hold true for Christian Forums that a woman may not **TEACH** or have **AUTHORITY** over a man.
In a Christian Forum a woman can quote God's Word or give her testimony. But she is contradicting God's Word if she teaches Scripture when men are present or evaluates and condemns men's Bible studies in a Christian Forum.
I Corinthians 15:34,35:**WOMEN** should remain silent in the churches, They are not allowed **TO SPEAK**, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about anything, they should ask their husbands at home; for it is **DISGRACEFUL** for a **WOMAN** **TO SPEAK IN THE CHURCH**!!
2 Peter 3:15,16: Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our **DEAR BROTHER PAUL** also wrote you with the **WISDOM GOD GAVE TO HIM**. He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand {To unbelievers} which **IGNORANT AND UNSTABLE PEOPLE DISTORT**, as they do other Scriptures, to their own **DESTRUCTION**!
I Timothy 3:16,17: All Scripture is **GOD-BREATHEED** and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Prophetic, you talked about everything except what counts: Where does Messiah give specific instructions regarding differing commands for men and women?
There is only One teacher; the rest is commentary. Therefore please post the actual commands of Jesus or admit you follow the commands of men endorsed by the Catholic Church.

And then chuckk implies that all the commands for men and women are equal in God's Word. However, there are about 40 commands for a woman that are completely different for a man in the New Testament , such as:
Ephesians 5:22-24: Wives submit yourselves to your husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is Head of the church, His body of which He is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should **SUBMIT TO THEIR HUSBANDS IN EVERYTHING!

Little David makes the ridiculous statement that I Timothy 2:11 is for only women in the church even though church is not even mentioned in ! Timothy chapters 1 and 2 !!

Where does Jesus give different commands to women vs men?
Prophetic; the more words you post without answering the question, the more it becomes obvious you are afraid to face the truth. This is the meaning of the Proverb 10:19 ~

I tend to agree with Prophetic here for several reasons.
First, God was very specific when the fall of man occurred, and if you trace scripture back, we know Christ was present as well. I can't imagine that some special exemption was given over time, as Eve was the first to sin, and as such her choice led to a different set of consequences than what man faced, even though there were similarities as well.
Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
This is no different than what Paul shares in Ephesians.
Eph 5:22-24 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Sometimes it may seem unfair, but it's not a bad thing if we follow God's word, because us guys have our own set of rules and laws that hold us accountable to God.
The idea isn't for men and women to be divided, but rather to be unified through Christ and unto God the Father.
Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
It's a rhetorical question. Of course you must be in agreement to walk together.

Respectfully this is a debatable issue. It is thought by many, especially most at the time of Jesus, that it was the sin of the Angels which initiated the "fall".
Elohim created them male and female. The nature of creation dictates some roles unique to men and some to women. Yet it must be noted Messiah imposed no other gender dependent commands. Paul on the other hand does give advice on the matter. However Paul's advice should stand or fall on its own, rather than being declared words from the lips of God and therefore "New Commandments"
If people understood the Hebrew behind: (as the ESV brings out)
Genesis 3:16
"Your desire shall be contrary to your husband, but he shall rule over you.”
And
Genesis 4:7
"sin is crouching at the door. Its desire is contrary to you, but you must rule over it.”
Then they would understand Paul's advice is sound, but not a New Commandment from God.

Respectfully, as I'm sure is true for most others, I don't read most of his posts because they're redundant in nature and often off topic. So it's quite possible he said something nutty that I agreed with by mistake. :)
