Their about 400 NT laws to be obeyed with *LOVE* in the hope of countless eternal rewards for faithful and loving service has replaced the 613 OT laws.
In the OT God ordered Israel to kill their enemies many times and God helped them do it. However in the NT Jesus commands, "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also." Luke 6:27-29
Leviticus 26:7,8: God said to Israel, "You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall by the SWORD before you. Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the SWORD before you!" Numbers 25:16,17" The Lord said to Moses, "Treat the Midianites as enemies and kill them!" etc etc
HOWEVER IN THE NEW COVENANT, JESUS SAYS, "ALL WHO DRAW THE SWORD WILL DIE BY THE SWORD!"
Jesus said to His 11 Apostles, "If you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one. For it is written: "And He was numbered with the transgressors"{Isaiah 53:12} and I tell you that this must be fulfilled in Me. Yes, what is written about Me is reaching its fulfillment." Let’s take a closer look at the false prophet Richards scripture twisting.
When Jesus says to “turn the other cheek” Richard thinks that makes Jesus is advancing pacifist.
Richard, like all false teachers, doesn’t like to apply the correct principles of biblical interpretation otherwise his entire false teaching would collapse.
Richard conveniently ignores the passage about Jesus clearing the temple of false teachers and believers. Perhaps Richard fears he may have been one of those forcibly removed by Jesus.
Jesus made a whip and drove out those reprehensible false teachers and believers who turned the temple away from a house of prayer into something else!!
Making a whip and forcibly driving out false teachers is OBVIOUSLY not the calling card of a pagan pacifist.
Jesus also commanded his disciples to carry a sword.
AMAZINGLY and TRAGICALLY the **false prophetic and pagan pacifist Richard** twists this account into making Jesus out to be a wrongdoer so that he would be “named among the transgressors”
THIS IS RANK HERESY and only a **false prophetic like Richard** would teach it!!
But Jesus’ statements MUST be interpreted IN CONTEXT exactly as JESUS intended not the way Richard likes
Jesus, nor John the Baptist or any inspired writer EVER condemned soldiers and law enforcement officials for keeping the peace even when it is necessary to use force—the same way Jesus did when he cleared the temple of false believers.
BTW if you’re in the process of getting mugged or victimized, who would you hope is near—a pagan pacifist like Richard who will do nothing to save you or a God fearing citizen with a gun?

Richard misquotes Jesus and assumes Jesus is against ALL oaths. This false notion would make Paul the Apostle a disobedient believer because Paul took an oath!!! Oh no!! But don’t worry, Paul clearly did NOT disobey Jesus!!
The crucial difference between the Apostle Paul and the false prophetic Richard is that Paul knew how to correctly interpret Jesus’ words!!
Paul knew that Jesus was condemning “them of old” because they found ways of not keeping their word. “Them of old” refers to Jewish traditionalists who allowed themselves an out so they could “legally” break their promises unless it was spoken in a specific manner like a specific swarm oath.
In other words, traditionalists similarly play the naughty game kids play when they break their promises to other kids when they say, “ahh my fingers were crossed so I don’t have to keep my word to you”!!
Richard ignorantly assumes “them of old” refers to the Mosaic law.
But the context in which Jesus was speaking clearly refers to Jewish Traditionalists who reinterpreted the law of Moses, just like Richard does, in order to make the law and other scripture fit with their false traditions.
