**IN NOAH'S COVENANT GOD SAID "**EVERYTHING THAT LIVES AND MOVES ABOUT WILL BE FOOD FOR YOU**!!
Genesis 9:1-3: Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be faithful and increase in number and fill the earth. The fear and dread of you will fall on all the beasts of the earth, and on all the birds in the sky, on every creature that moves along the ground, an on all the fish in the sea, they are given into you hands.**EVERYTHING THAT LIVES AND MOVES ABOUT WILL BE **FOOD FOR YOU!!"
And so all foods were **CLEAN** in Noah's Covenant but some foods being unclean in Leviticus chapter 11 was strictly part of the temporary Covenant of Moses and was changed by Jesus who again **MADE ALL FOODS CLEAN**in the New Covenant of Faith and Love!

You gave a decent thoughtful reasoned response; very good.
The instruction to Noah was to move from a vegetarian diet to eating clean meat. If you notice here vvv
"2 You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female;"
- Genesis 7:2
And here vvv
Then Noah built an altar to the LORD (Yahweh), and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

NOTICE: Clean and Unclean animals
This is consistent with Leviticus 11:46-47 on clean and unclean, what is food and what is not food.
Your misunderstanding stems from the Hebrew word remes; poorly translated into English as "moving thing". However the word is typically used for clean animals.This would mean that Noah was not instructed that he could eat all things, since the Hebrew word remes seems to be consistently used in the context of animals that would be defined as clean. This would not be granting permission for Noah to eat unclean animals, as unclean animals are not included in the Hebrew word of remes.
HOWEVER;
If you are a Gentile; God has not specifically given you these instructions first hand. They come through the Jew. God gave our ancestors instructions on what is good for us to eat and what isn't. You'll notice for example unclean animals like swine, crab, lobster, catfish, vultures, etc....all eat dead and decaying meat.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
You can trust God knows what is best for us.
You can trust God loves us.
Therefore you can trust God's dietary instructions to us.
Or.....
In your case; you have the free will not to trust God - but don't teach instructions that are NOT from God claiming they are. That is sinful on so many levels!

Leviticus 11:9-11: Of all the creatures living in the water of the seas and the streams you may eat any that have fins and *SCALES*. But all creatures in the seas or streams that do not have fins and scales--whether among all the swarming things or among all the other living things in the water--you are to regard as **UNCLEAN**. And since you are to regard them as **UNCLEAN**you must not eat their meat; you must regard their carcasses as **UNCLEAN** Anything living in the water that does not have fins and **SCALES** is to be regarded as **UNCLEAN** for you!
Mark 7:18-22:: Jesus says, "Are you so dull?" He asked. "Don't you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him 'unclean'? For it doesn't go into his heart but **INTO HIS STOMACH, AND THEN OUT OF HIS BODY." In saying this. Jesus declared **ALL FOODS "CLEAN**! Then Jesus said, "What comes out of a person is what defiles them. For it is from within, out of a person's heart, that evil thoughts come--sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and makes a man **UNCLEAN**!"
Now **SAD*lup is lying when he claims Jesus was talking about **MAKING HANDWASHING CLEAN* and and not making **ALL FOODS CLEAN** since Jesus is talking about something that goes **INTO HIS STOMACH, THE OUT OF HIS BODY** and hands do not go **INTO YOUR STOMACH **and then **OUT OF HIS BODY**. All translations then have this statement in Mark 7:19: "In saying this Jesus declared **ALL FOODS CLEAN** whether they have it in parenthesis or not!!
And so you can enjoy Lobster Tail, Shrimp and Alaska king Crab without being stoned to death!! And they are *YUM, YUM YUMMY and so **COOD FOR YOUR TUMMY** I will give anyone $100 to anyone who can find any **SCALES** on Lobster Tail, Shrimp or Alaska King Crab!!
