A lot of people believe that Hell (Sheol) and the Lake of Fire are one and the same, and Heaven and Paradise are one and the same.

Others believe that each place is different.

And some believe in Purgatory.

My question to you is, how do you interpret what the Bible says on this subject. Please use scripture to back up your points.

Hilltop, I'm speaking about as a place of torment, in Revelation chapter 14, hell sheol, and lake of fire.

As I said its about the translation of the word that is used...

I'm always amazed that when someone asks for scripture reference people ignore it. I try to keep an opened mind but what good is opinion without some kind of scriptural backing.

I am back to post scripture references, however after reading your post I think I'll pass.

I am always amazed how people do not comprehend what they read. Didn't you read the preface to my post? Here it is again :

"Just of the top of my head, cause I should be getting ready for work..."

Btw, I just checked the availability of avatars (screen names) on this site. You might be interested to know "Balaam's Donkey" is still available.
