Based on what scripture teaches us, God is not through with Israel. There will be a remnant saved, the covenant promises God made with Abraham and David will be fulfill in its fullness.

What say you?

Hello everyone:

I know that I am not an esteemed Theologian.

Nor am I a highly regarded Bible Teacher.

I did not go past the tenth grade in high school.

I did recieve my GED,I had taken the whole course of five exams within

a few hours.

I was completely hungover from a long night of heavy drinking while taking these tests.

Yet none of this matters when it pertains to the Scriptures.

Unless the Holy Spirit empowers ,and enlightens a man, woman or child to understand,

They will not be able to understand the simplest things pertaining to the Lords Salvation.

1Cor 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

1Cor 2:10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

1Cor 2:11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

1Cor 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

1Cor 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1Co 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

1Co 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

If the lord is completely finished with Israel,He would have said this in His word.

He who cannot lie,nor change,He has showed the Body,His intentions concerning Israel.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

Rev 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Rev 7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

Rev 21:12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:

Gen 12:1 And Jehovah saith unto Abram, `Go for thyself, from thy land, and from thy kindred, and from the house of thy father, unto the land which I shew thee.

Gen 12:2 And I make thee become a great nation, and bless thee, and make thy name great; and be thou a blessing.

Gen 12:3 And I bless those blessing thee, and him who is disesteeming thee I curse, and blessed in thee have been all families of the ground.'

Zec 12:1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.

Zec 12:2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

Zec 12:3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

Zec 12:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

Zec 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

Zec 12:11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

Zec 12:12 And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;

Zec 12:13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;

Zec 12:14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

Zec 13:1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

I will bless Israel according to what I see within the word of the Lord.

In Love I will proclaim the Gospel to the Jews, according to the Holy Spirits power and leading.

Rom 1:15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Rom 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

Rom 11:2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,

Let us continue to be a Blessing to Israel,by loving our neighbors as ourselves.

I hope everyone has a Blessed and safe weekend.

Agape' and Charis:

George

ps:The term 'PEOPLE' within the book of Revelation stands for the Jews.

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Rev 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

Only the Jews that do not choose to continue in unbelief will be saved, just like everybody else. If you believe, you are grafted in. If you do not believe, or if you fall into unbelief, you will be cut off.

Never have I read in the bible where it said we could put in a subsitute for biblical prophecy countries.

When it says a country that is that country. that makes great sense and is very convincing today. All of the countries listed are Islamic nations around Israel.

Show me in the bibe where it says we can change the meaning of the prophecy.

It never says a spiritual Israel.:peace:

DontHitThatMark,

Whether Jew or Gentile, all who believe in the Lord are part of the Body of Christ. This is different from National Israel who will accept her Messiah and be saved at His Second Coming, which I think is what ET is referring to.

I know...I was just pointing out that "national israel" might not include every Israelite. In other words, it's not their blood that saves them.

The reference scripture says ALL Israel will be saved. Not a remnant, not a portion, but all. All means all.

Right, Saved, I am talking about the nation of Israel. God will restore her, and her eyes will be opned to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ. Again, Isaiah chapter 48 tells us this, that God promises to restore will come to pass. And ALL of Israel will be restored, and the Jews will be God's witnesses.. This can only be, becasue God made this promise and covenant with Abraham, David and Jacob. It's in written in the book where Israel become a restored nation in Isaiah chapter 61. Now if no one can undersatnd this, I don't now what else to say, because God's word is rather clear, and there is no need for reading between the lines... lol

I still would like to know what James mean by a "spiritual Israel" will be saved".

And right Leon, a remnant of Jews were saved during the first century church and a remnant of Jews continue to be saved everyday. PRAISE GOD... And until God's prophecies have been fulfilled, a remnant of Jews and Gentiles will continue to be saved EVERYDAY, because as Jesus said, not one dot from His word will fail or return back to Him void, and salvation for the lost and unbeliving Jews and Gentiles will be completed, and it all shall/will come to pass.:yay::applause:

Every gentile that is grafted into the vine becomes a son of God and a heir. They are for all intents and purposes...a child of Abraham. The Jews were cut out of the vine because of unbelief. Only the ones that believe will be grafted back in. Technically, right now most of the Israelite aren't even Israelite.

Romans 2:17 "Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God, 18And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law; 19And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness, 20An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law. 21Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal? 22Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? 23Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? 24For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

25For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. 26Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? 27And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? 28For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God."

Spiritual Israel.

Mark,

There is a big difference between jew and Israel. Yes, God looks at us as if we were also Jews, His chosen people, but Israel means the nation Israel.

I don't know where you got the idea that most pople living in Israel were not of the bloodline, they have done extensive DNA research to prove that they are. They can even show where the Levites (Cohens today) are still separated out today and have not defiled their bloodline.

Blessings,

Leon
