Good point Thunder, and a very simple truth involved here, the lie that god is in control of all things, some would try to say he is even invovled in evil, hmmm!!

If God created everything, then what is the source of evil? In the book of Job we read about Satan being a son of God.

I know many people say, it was the free will that brought evil into existence, or at least made it possilbe. But then again, why create free will, knowing it leads to evil and people suffering?

I know you don't like the idea of God being in control of everything, you want some work for yourself to do, okay. Maybe we all want to say the same but use different words, who knows without being able to look into other people's minds?

This flamewar abot Calvinism is getting more and more ridiculous, don't you all think? All want their tradition to be right and hardly listen to what others want to say. But okay, this is how things go, I guess.

God bless you all.

No Benny disagreeing with a lie of the is not a preference, nor my tradition, Christians should hold fast to the truth

I never want to accuse my Father of Satan's work, I don't exalt Satan but desire to expose him.

I guess the lie would be that God controls everything, right? You want to save God from being accused for what Satan does, right? You want Satan to be strong enough to do things on his own, just as you want men to be strong enough to do things on their own, so you don't have to blame God for all the bad in the world, do I get you right?

Now this would render God very weak, wouldn't it? If everybody is strong enough to do bad on their own and God being not able to stop this (or is He not willing? No, that would render Him evil again), He must be very weak. Or would you say He was not able to stop it, after all, you say He was not in control of everything. Creation as an experiment that went wrong and grew over His head? I do not think you believe this, as it would be plain heresy. But what do you believe? And don't say what is written in the bible. The bible states more than one time that God does indeed control all things and nothing will happen without His consent.

What do you think: Are we eye to eye with God, capable of doing things completely on our own and independendly from Him, like being evil gods orselves? Or are we under Him and He is in control?
