and is that what your going to tell Yahweh Elohim on the day of judgement that you chose to take part in a cult ritual with a change of attitude? im sorry but that will not work brother...he calls this tradition an abomination...it is as bad as being homosexual in his eyes...as a matter of fact being without Torah IS sin...we are to uphold the feasts of Yahweh...not pagan pagan rituals...do you realize when "christmas" originated that baby's were impaled on top of pine trees as sacrifices to their pagan god of prosperity...look it up...do some research...and quit with the "god knows my heart" stuff" cuz i hear it all the time with all christians. See Yahweh absolutely knows our hearts and if we are to enter his kingdom we are to let go of our worldly ties...that means EVERYTHING...but it's cool...if Yahweh is not calling you out yet than maybe you'll see the truth after you find out that there is no rapture...

All I have to say is read those chapters. Paul said it was ok to eat food offered to idols. I believe Jesus died to relieve us of the old covenant. I do not celebrate Christmas with any pagan rituals, I don't impale babies on pine trees. I know December 25th is a Catholic holiday from pagan roots, just like Easter, just like birthdays, and just like ALL kinds of other stuff tha most "christians" believe...but he that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. Anyway, I'm sorry, but I'm done with this post...I don't want to get into the Yahweh stuff, I don't know if it's the same as what you believe, but I've had a couple people that believed similarly in my church...and...it just seemed to me like they were trying really hard to be under the old covenant...with a few crazy beliefs to boot. Probably not the same as you, but I'm just saying...I've had enough.

Seek,

I read his statement of faith. While he gives lip service to Jesus, he is still trying to get people to go back to the Mosaic Covenant. This is exactly what Paul fought against. Galatians speaks directly against Judaizers.

Gentiles were never subject to "THE LAW". Only Jews were. This is spelled out very clearly in Acts as the Apostles were getting their theology straightened out.

If Jesus renewed the Torah as that author claims on his web site then we by necessity must keep ALL the Mosaic Covenant. ALL 613 Laws. This means we must go to Jerusalem 3 times each year and sacrifice a Lamb. If your children become very bad then we must stone them to death. Get the point? You cannot pick and choose which laws you want to keep. You cannot have it both ways.

Gal 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Gal 5:2 Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.

Gal 5:3 And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law.

Gal 5:4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.

[FALLEN FROM GRACE]

Gal 5:5 For we through the Spirit eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

Gal 5:6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.

Gal 5:7 You ran well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?

Gal 5:8 This persuasion does not come from Him who calls you.

Gal 5:9 A little leaven leavens the whole lump.

Gal 4:21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law?

Gal 4:22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman.

Gal 4:23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise,

Gal 4:24 which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants: the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar

Gal 4:25 for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children

Gal 4:26 but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Gal 4:27 For it is written: "REJOICE, O BARREN, YOU WHO DO NOT BEAR! BREAK FORTH AND SHOUT, YOU WHO ARE NOT IN LABOR! FOR THE DESOLATE HAS MANY MORE CHILDREN THAN SHE WHO HAS A HUSBAND."

Gal 4:28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.

Gal 4:29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now.

Gal 4:30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? "CAST OUT THE BONDWOMAN AND HER SON, FOR THE SON OF THE BONDWOMAN SHALL NOT BE HEIR WITH THE SON OF THE FREEWOMAN."

Gal 4:31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free.

Grace to you!

Walter
