James 2:23 says, “and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, ‘and Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.'” If James was trying to teach a contradictory doctrine of faith and works than the other New Testament writers, then he would not have used Abraham as an example. Therefore, we are justified by faith. That is, we are made righteous in the eyes of God by faith as is amply demonstrated by Romans. 🤔🧐 If one persists in stating that good works play a role in our salvation then it begs some logical questions How many good works plural must we perform is 2, 11, 1000 or more ❓❓ After all God doesn't want anybody to perish & he is omniscient knows all , then logically speaking wouldn't he share the EXACT amount of Good works necessary for salvation with a person so they can be saved , have eternal life free from his wrath / eternal damnation ❓❓ Certainly makes sense to me how about the rest of you ❓❓ Post Reply

Generally regarding many of the discussions we see...We need to take all scripture into account and come to a postion that encompasses all or as much as we can given our limited knowledge. Often we take the bits that suit our oosition and disregard the rest either coz its just to hard or because we don't want to consider adjusting our position. 2nd and this is more specific. Now i havent delved into this to be able to give a considered answer but if seems 2 different words are used. "Saved" by grace, and "Justified" by works. Different words usually have different meanings even if just slightly. Finding the meanings of those as applied in those scriptures may not only help us understand the difference but also how all those scriptures work together. Post Reply

Justin Peters was a young man confined to a wheelchair who believed the healing promises. He went to “healing” evangelists desperate for a cure so he could just get out of his wheelchair. BUT NOTHING (NO MIRACULOUS HEALINGS) EVER AT ANY TIME‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡 Instead fake “healers” would consign cripples and those confined in wheelchairs to places outa sight of TV cameras and the gullible audience‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡 That’s just the short of it‼️😡😡😡 Justin Peters is NOT ALONE to experience such emotional abuse from fake healers.
