Admin	Calling out sin Posted : 28 Jan, 2022 11:13 AM Sometimes on YouTube I watch some evangelical preachers and teachers who talks about a lot of the things going on in the world and just how it’s getting. I like what I hear from them for the most part because they preach and teach from the Bible. But I do notice some of tend to talk about certain celebrities that are supposedly “saved” and they tend call out certain sins that these people do or that they speak. Personally I think that’s a dangerous thing to do if you’re a christian, because if you’re not careful you may find yourself in the mindset that you think that everyone is a sinner but you and that’s not a good mindset to be in. Because even though you are saved you are still in a sinful body. Just because someone commits a sin worser than you doesn’t mean their sins are greater your’s. In the end sin is sin, and no matter how big or small it’s all the same. No person’s sin is greater than other person’s. That’s why I think it’s, not really wrong, but unwise to make a person’s sin public. Do I believe we should call sin though? Yes. But in private. It’s not our duties to make another person’s sin public to make an example out of them or something. I believe that’s the Lord’s job to do. He can make a person’s sins known. I know what you might be asking “What exactly should we do when we see someone sin?”. The answer, pray. Pray the will give them conviction and pray that they will ask the Lord for forgiveness. Because remember, even though we might be saved (I don’t know rest of your hearts only my own) we aren’t perfect, and believe it or not we can still sin and fall away from God. That’s why we should always be in prayer and constantly in the word of God. I know it’s frustrating when you hear someone say something or see someone do something against God, and that’s fine, I personally get that way myself, but instead of being like Peter, drawing our swords and cutting off the ears of our enemies, we should be more like Jesus and ask God to forgive them, because they know not what they do. That He knows everything that will happen to everyone in this life before it actually happens. Since He knows everything from beginning to end as He is alpha and omega, has He not told man what He knows about this life, and the worlds system. Has not GOD Almighty told man what to expect when they sin against Him, and when they obey Him. Has not GOD Almighty has GOD Almighty told man about His judgement against sin, the great tribulation,and His coming wrath, yet He also tells man that He has provided the only way to be protected from judgement,the great tribulation and the wrath of GOD Almighty, is to be in Yashua by Grace thru Faith( look at Noah,Lot and Israel in Egypt and the Red Sea). Has not GOD Almighty already judged all of mankinds sin in the body of Yashua. Has not GOD Almighty said that He desires no one to perish but all to come to repentance, and has He not given to each person a measure of faith. Has not GOD Almighty already provided everything any believer in Messiah needs for life and Godliness. Everything anyone needs to know about GOD ALMIGHTY is revealed in Yashua, who He is what He is like, even His revealed names,His real names. There is so much more that can be said, yet with just this any and every believer in Yashua can see this life from the understanding of GOD Almighty, not one is without excuse. The Holy Spirit takes what belongs to Messiah, and makes that known to the believers in Yashua, thus no believer should be ignorant of who Yashua is, or what He is like. GOD Almighty also tells man what He knows about man, his SINFUL nature and desires for sin, unless a person trusts Yashua and GOD Almighty makes man a new creation,and bestows His Holy Spirit into the believers, then man can never repent, nor can they know who Messiah is, or what He is like. GOD Almighty has already forgiven man of his sins, only those trusting Messiah know this as they take GOD Almighty at His Word( Isaiah 53). GOD Almighty declares man to beForgiven, Holy,Righteous,and Sanctified,since His word does not come back to Him void, then He has to make man Holy,Righteous,and Sanctfied, as man is not able to do that on his own. Believers in Yashua then being empowered of the Holy Spirit, they are able to live Holy, Righteous, and Sanctified,if not then they sin, because they do not believe what GOD Almighty says about Himself, and themselves. Then they which must confess they do not believe what GOD Almighty says about Himself, and themselves, then they need to repent of their UNBELIEF,and believe what has been written in the Scriptures about GOD Almighty, and themselves. Where do we find who GOD Almighty is, what He is like, what He says about man, this life and the worlds system, in His Word of course. Who reveals to believers what has been written, the Holy Spirit of course. How does a preson have the Holy Spirit, He is given to believers when they trust Messiah according to the Scriptures. A person is saved by GRACE thru Faith, not by works. Post Reply

From what I can tell you don’t believe we need to ask God for forgiveness of our sins and you seem to think that God has already forgiven everyone of their sins. If I can assume correctly, you seem to be scared to confess your own sins to God. If that is the case then I’m not going to say you’re wrong not to do so, but I pray that you do. Because there’s no better feeling than knowing your sins have been washed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Post Reply

Are you forgiven because you confess sin,OR because GOD Almighty says you are forgiven. Morgan, in mans court of law is a person not guilty because they confess to guilt, or because the magistrate declares the person not guilty. Post Reply
