YICKS! But that is not all rsvp leaves out " -- teddy bugs 🙂💯👍 So once again let's let the bible sort him out shall we ❓ ☑️ “but that we write to them that they abstain from things contaminated by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood,” (Acts 15:20) 🙂😉 it is important to point out that these commands are not offered as a way to obtain or to maintain one’s salvation. In context, Peter plainly states: “He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith. Now, therefore, why do you put God to the test by placing upon the neck of the disciples a yoke which neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are,” (Acts 15:9-11). Peter makes it clear that the Gentiles were cleansed by faith. They were saved immediately upon believing and apart from any works. Even Jewish believers who were still keeping the law were saved by the grace of Jesus Christ apart from the law. Thus, salvation is by grace alone through faith alone. The issue is simply how the believer ought to best honor God in an obedient life. For Gentiles then, these guidelines were to help them in faithful living. I will contend that they do the same for us today. 👉👉 but the guidelines were not requirements that must be fulfilled in order to gain or to keep salvation. Salvation is the gift of God in Jesus Christ and we come to it entirely by faith 🤔🤔❓❓ If breaking with kosher dietary laws was a punishable offense why is it not condemned in any way, shape, or form in the New Testament? Various passages in the New Testament list numerous types of sinners who will not inherit the kingdom (see 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians 5:19-21, 1 Timothy 1:9-10, and Revelation 21:8 & 22:15), but none of those lists ever mention violating kosher dietary laws .......... .Why is that ❓ Post Reply

Then the same LOGIC applies to the Law of incest because 'it is not condemned in any way, shape, or form in the New Testament?' Why??? According to CULTISTrsvp then, that Law is no longer a punishable offense as PAGAN CULTISTrsvp wants you to believe! See how that logic and reasoning works readers? He makes no sense, does he??? Why??? " -- fix a flat teddy 🙄🙄 The apostle Paul had to grudgingly deal with a case of incest occurring in the church at Corinth. The church had a member who was having sex with his stepmother while his father was still alive 1Corinthians 5 .......... In fact it cost him is very life 1 Corinthians 5:5 hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord 🤔🤔 I cannot think of anywhere in the new testament where it says somebody would lose their very physical life nor their soul for not keeping kosher 🙄🙄 once again fix a flat teddy couldn't hit water if he fell off the titanic 🚢 Post Reply

Now he is so desperate to justify his sins of eating ABOMINATIONS that he cannot even identify the PAGAN definition of Incest!? Note, the Strong's says nothing of a definition of 'Incest' so you will have to go to a PAGAN source ! PAGAN 'Incest' definition then - noun 1. sexual intercourse between two persons commonly regarded as too closely related persons to marry. 2. the crime of sexual intercourse, cohabitation, or marriage between persons within the degrees of consanguinity or affinity wherein marriage is legally forbidden. Note the obvious PAGAN problem with that to the Bible, for you cannot marry a person that is ALREADY married by VOW until death! So its irrelevant what the PAGAN definition is here! LOL! What about common sense of what 'Incest' really is but a descriptive term for blood-related kin of sinning, like brother–sister, father–daughter, mother–son, cousin–cousin, aunt–nephew, uncle–niece, etc..... Are you starting to see the REAL definition of what 'Incest' really is in proper definition? You see the logic and reasoning problem of CULTISTrsvp yet readers? His conscience is actually seared with a hot iron, right? If its not REPEATIVELY mentioned in the NT according to him, it must not be LAW ANYMORE! LMBO! The truth of the matter is CULTISTrsvp tries to create a distraction from the actual topic, claiming that because the NT does not have anything to say on those eating ABOMINATIONS, like modern day PAGAN keeping cultistrsvp likes to do, that it is therefore OK to eat them and somehow the OT Torah Law is now VOID and was a HUGE mistake by Father YHWH in making those Dietary Laws to begin with!? ABSURDITY!!! Then he uses his smoke and mirror show by attempting to say the Bible does indeed speak of 'Incest' in the NT??? Lets look at 1 Corinthians 5:1 - A man was sleeping with his father's wife. The woman mentioned in this letter, of course, was not the actual mother of the man but his step-mother (even rsvp admits this is not blood kin!), his father's wife, and this was, therefore, a clear-cut case of adultery by definition, NOT 'INCEST'! So did PAGAN CULTISTrsvp prove anything here AGAIN of substance in Scripture??? NOTHING, right? Only his PAGAN opinion and distraction!
