In the first place, Jesus never made a statement like that. But to be free from spot or wrinkle means to be free from any and all sin, holy and blameless. The Church was made pure at the cross (Colossians 2:13-14) it’s the only way for sinful man to become so

He said The Lord gave Himself up for us to make us Holy and washed us in the water of His word to make us a radiant Church without spot or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. Notice it was the Lord who gave Himself up for us, and it was He who washed us to make us this way. He did it all
We’ve been given a righteousness apart from the Law that comes from God through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe (Romans 3:21-22). Apart from the Law means apart from our behavior.
However, to the man who does not work but trusts God, who justifies the wicked, his faith is credited to him as righteousness (Romans 4:5)

In the case of Christ, the purpose of His saving work is a sanctified and cleansed church so that He might present her as a splendid church. Christ Himself is the one who makes the presentation of the church in eternity like a bridegroom presents his bride at a wedding (2 Co 11:2; Re 21:9-11).

Jesus is at once both the Agent and the Object of presenting the church.

A “glorious church” comes from the fact that she is cleansed and set apart unto God. Jesus will present the church as a radiant bride to Himself. His bride will carry splendor in eternity ahead. Her glory is the glory of Christ and His work. The church is positionally clean now and will obtain the perfection of Christ Himself experientially later.

The words “spot or wrinkle” come from the Old Testament sacrificial system. The lamb had to be sacrificed without blemish or spot. There are no defects in Jesus’ saving work. There is an inner beauty to the salvation He offers
The word “spot” occurs only here and 2 Peter 2:13. “Spot” is a metaphor for impurity.
This is the only place where the New Testament uses the word “wrinkle.” The idea of “wrinkle” is that the bride has no sign of age.

“Holy” means set apart. Here it carries the idea of perfection. The church is spiritually set apart unto God. She is presently holy in a positional sense, and one day in eternity she will be set apart in an experiential sense.
and without blemish.
No one can find any fault with this bride. The idea of “without blemish” means unblamable or faultless.
PRINCIPLE:
The church is special and exclusive to Christ.
APPLICATION:
☑️☑️ ☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️☑️One day the Lord Jesus Christ will present the church to Himself at the wedding feast of the Lamb in all splendor. This will happen shortly after the rapture. The church will have been stripped of both the sin capacity and acts of sin. All Christians will receive their resurrection bodies. There will be no spot, stain, or growing old. The church will be completely set apart unto God, and no one will blame her for anything.
The church is the special object of Christ’s delight (Isa 62:5). She is a special joy to Him. Because of His saving work, He holds the church in special regard and high honor. To Him, she is “glorious,” a strikingly beautiful bride that He has set aside for Himself. What is true of the church collectively is true of her individual members. There is nothing that mars their spiritual beauty. Jesus holds a special love for her and those who belong to her

There's plenty of verses that already suggest that -- so what you are apparently missing is the complimentary rapture passages found in 1st Corinthians 15 which state will change from the corruptible into the uncorruptible. ..... 🤔 Wouldn't that mean logically that the corruptible flesh would be transformed at the rapture into the uncorruptible spirit body just like when Messiah Jesus's flesh was transformed after the resurrection❓ 🙂😉👍💯 sure makes sense to me

The rapture as such isn't mentioned in the Bible but through faith and the Holy spirit we can have our spiritual level raised when the meanings of scriptures are revealed. Many of the answers are in us not an outside source. Too many people are waiting for something or someone else to sort life out for them when through faith we already have the power to advance our state. If you can put away fears and frustration you are halfway there.
But what do I know? Most will want to argue details of scripture looking at answers that are staring them in the face. I'm good, in the scheme of things that's good enough for me. Everyone has to do their own journey.
I've always found if I can be open to a concept the scriptures come that prove or disprove it too me within a reasonable time frame. Looking at things only with a certain bias will keep you blind.
The same as death the 2nd coming will happen when it happens, it makes no odds when. Be as close to God and the truth as you can be now.

The Flat Earth TeddyBug has gleefully jettisoned his Baptist roots (whatever those were) and has gullibly ingested the poison of what appears to be all or part of the Hebrew Roots Heresy.
That’s exactly the sort of trajectory you would expect a hardened heart to assume.
TeddyBug thinks his old covenant legalism, flat earth anti-gravity cosmology is true Judaism.
Trouble is, the TeddyBug has confused Judaism with the hardness of heart of apostate Jews who rebelled against Moses and the prophets all the way to Jesus
