ADAM7777 View Profile History	Salvation Posted : 22 Mar, 2021 10:37 AM All scripture is for instruction in righteousness for salvation, and that's why, if we live after the flesh we die, ( praying to be forgiven for living after the flesh is death still) We need the Spirit which is believing in the risen Lord Jesus Christ, and then we mortify the deeds of the body to live ( not leaving the body in sinning and praying and all OK) Not in bondage again to sinning ( pretending praying covers all evil against others) but by having the Spirit of the Son in us to pray to the Father with ( in a good conscience not an evil one).. Romans 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. Romans 6:20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
