But, here is more understanding, why that way makes no sense to anyone following Christ. Sorrow of heart breaks the spirit, and then ? Then God can heal the broken in heart and bind up their wounds , Go chastens man, and man is corrected, for God makes sore (breaks) then can bind up the wounds. But why ? To make you whole ( not better than the deceivers way of just ?)... Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. Psalm 147:3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. Job 5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: 18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole. Does it seem right, to laugh and enjoy, or go through Gods purpose instead, for God to sanctify us wholly, and our whole spirit and soul be blameless till the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ through the sufferings of Christ upon us and the chastening of the almighty to break us and correct us.. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Speaking of that funny prosperity enjoying gospel, they are the ungodly who prosper in the world, but chastening comes on others every morning, plagued all day long ( in long suffering) because those wicked are set in slippery places, surely they will weep one day ? Psalm 73:12 Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. 13 Verily I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocency. 14 For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning. 15 If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend against the generation of thy children. 16 When I thought to know this, it was too painful for me; 17 Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. 18 Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction. So the wicked are cast down, and smiling down to destruction, or gnashing of teeth then ? Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. For the sore chastened ones of the Lord, they shall not die but live, the hates of righteousness, not for the sinning ones.. Psalm 118:17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. 18 The Lord hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death. 19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord: 20 This gate of the Lord, into which the righteous shall enter. Speaking again of escaping death, the kings of the earth commit fornication by embracing the words of the god of this world, hvsgrpcalling keeps sharing them every day, but to please God was what escaped them.. Ecclesiastes 7:26 And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her. Revelation 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. It happens to not be enjoying and that please the Lord, but chastening and bruising us that does, as this mourning is what lays it to heart to make us care for others also suffering, unlike the false ones in this end who are lovers of pleasures and of their own selves as God told us.. Isaiah 53:10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. This is that righteous judgement of the Lord, the mockers mock at it daily, but when we are judged by that chastening already, then we should not be condemned with the world, as light came to the world but men loved darkness and themselves instead.. 1 Corinthians 11:32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. Now we know the Lord needs to choose us, but we know also He has chosen us in the furnace of fun, or affliction ? Pull them out of that fire by fearing the Lord... Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Neither be weary of that correction, it is Gods love to correct us, which we are exampled by the Apostles, as chastened but not killed, by pureness, by long suffering is the way, to be part taker of the Lords Holiness ( which the devil declares cant be gotten this side of eternity :))... Proverbs 3:11 My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his correction: 12 For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. 2 Corinthians 6;6 By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, 7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; 9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; Hebrews 12:10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. 11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. Otherwise the Bible contradicts itself when it says no one is without sin and that we must daily confess our sins Post Reply

Romans 6:20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. 1 John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Post Reply
