Jesus said, “Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh.” Jesus spoke of rejoicing in His parables in Luke 15—the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son were all found. The result in each case was great rejoicing. Your in the flesh.' Ummm Moon you are very confused on where the POWER comes from that can keep us from sinning (and strangely you don't claim it by FAITH?) and not only that but clearly the Apostles did miracles like the Messiah did! The POWER comes from heaven by the Father and just as the Messiah performed 'works' of FAITH and miracles, so does other RIGHTEOUS living humans, even today! AGAIN ONLY by the POWER of heaven can ANY RIGHTEOUS living human do these things by FAITH, which the Messiah was also human like we are! Got it? Of course the Messiah was the only PERFECT sacrifice for our sins because he CHOSE to NOT sin and therefore was the replacement offering for our lives unto death because of our PAST sins. We now have another chance, a second chance to live eternally sinless by His FATHER'S POWER to live a RIGHTEOUS life here and now before his second coming! So like the Messiah, its our CHOICE to either claim that SPIRIT POWER from heaven to live RIGHTEOUSLY NOW or live by our own flesh power and die that second death the Bible talks about. Its all about our CHOICE and dying to self, OK? Post Reply

So back to RSVP.... Of course the Messiah CHOSE to have no 'guile' in His mouth while He lived in the 'likeness of sinful flesh' yet did not SERVE the flesh but lived by His Father's Holy Spirit POWER! Just as mankind >after< salvation and being born again can live by that SAME Holy Spirit POWER from the Father! Obviously The Messiah CHOSE not to sin, unlike what we did at first, otherwise he could NOT be the PERFECT sacrifice to pay for our sin debt! NOW as born again saints we can GO ON and live in perfection by His POWER (The Father!) from above to deliver us from continual sinning, to DIE to our sinful flesh and nature daily! Post Reply
