Malachi 3:8-12

=============

Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

AMEN

Moon,

The ELDERS ( older men ) are to have the oversight of the people.

Peter calls himself a CO-ELDER, not a pastor

Did the Messiah collect money, NO

God called Pastors that's in the Bible. You fail to except that.

Previous threads on here show you disagreed.

All Pastors are not deceitful as you posted .

Men called by God speak Truth of the Bible.

4. Show where it necessary to meet on sunday morning.

5.Show where a band is mentioned in the Scripture for worship.

6. Show where an assistant pastor is mentioned.

7. Show where sunday school is in the Word.

8. Show where CLERGY or LAY PERSON is mentioned.

9. Show where people are to sell pretzels, car wash, or anything to raise money for a so called, short term mission trip a.k.a VACATION .

10. Show where breaking bread / communion is to be where people do not talk about the Messiah.

Malachi 3:8-12

Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me. But you say wherein have we robbed you? In tithes and offerings. you are cursed with a curse: for you have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for you shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts

I grew up in a church that used this passage to teach that the church was the storehouse. they preached that you could claim the promise of "I will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing."

Note verse 9: you are cursed with a curse. They never emphasized that. nor did they tell us the storehouse was in Jerusalem.
