You cannot, as there is not one that exists." Show any Scripture after the Resurrection where anyone taught that believers need to ask to be forgiven. Born from above Christians are commanded to be holy as God is holy and t walk as Jesus walked. Which is impossible . So Christians are commanded to pray and repent of their sins!i Luke 11:1-4: The **DISCIPLES** asked Jesus, "Lord teach as to pray." Jesus replied **TO HIS DISCIPLES**, "When you pray, say: '**FATHER**, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our **DAILY** bread. **FORGIVE US OUR SINS**, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us!'" Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus says, " All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me! Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... Teaching them to **OBEY EVERYTHING** I have commanded you!" {Which would include Luke 11:1-4 above!} I John 1:8-10: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us . If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned we make Him out to be a liar and His Word is not in us !! {I John was written about AD 65 which was about 32 years **AFTER** the Resurrection of Jesus!} Post Reply
