I Corinthians 11:14,16: Does not the very nature if things teach you that if a **MAN HAS LONG HAIR**, it is a **DISGRACE** to him... If anyone wants to contentious about this {Likr LittlestDavid} we have no other practice--nor do the **CHURCHES OF GOD**!
Littlestavid proudly displays his **SINFUL LONG HAIR ** on his head in his profile picture, He also has another picture which he proudly displays when he had **SINFUL**LONG HAIR** ON HIS BEARD**
The false prophetic with 7744 Pinocchio awards can’t defend his lengthy record so he must falsely go on the attack.
The false prophetic 7744 thinks 3-6 inch length hair on top of a man’s head is “short” but when the same 3-6 inch length hair grows on the side of a man’s head suddenly (according to the false prophetic) it becomes “long” hair!!
The false prophet also falsely claims “Jesus and his disciples broke many laws including the law that forbids men from cutting the hair on the sides of their heads and the sides of their beards. See Leviticus 19:27 "'Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard.
Obviously Paul would NEVER assumes the pretense of a false prophetic by calling Jesus a lawbreaker, nor is Jesus’ length of hair brought into question by Paul’s comments. Paul was confirming the fact that nature itself teaches that beautiful flowing long hair is glorifying to women but its a shame for men.
Further, Paul doesn’t discuss the length of a man’s beard. Paul addresses only men and women’s hair.
So does the phony false prophetic 7744 really believe only women can have long beards???!!
unfortunately Toth I don't think Richard7744 is going to make it with all his false judgment, removing and adding words to the Bible and such. And its sad you do not want to help him in his sinful ways!
David!
I think I'm really beginning to understand the DEPTH of the problem with Richard the pathetic7744 false teacher and wanna be prophet! When he LOSES the discussion, as any "Pinocchio" LIAR usually does, he goes in not so much an "attack" mode but DISTRACTION mode to confuse readers so they don't look up the verses he ATTEMPTS to quote! To understand the REAL truth that he is a false teacher and false judge! For instance reading what Paul writes to the Corinthian Church he converted to the Torah Law, that was originally given to the Hebrews by YHWH. The Corinthians were obviously NOT Hebrews so what was the issue with them and the length of hair of a man and a woman??? Good question, no?
Look what Paul states in verse 16 (1 Corth. chapter 11) in how he writes - "But if any man seem to be contentious" and so what is the meaning of that word that Richard the false judge keeps using it for his false doctrine and "commandment" for Paul to write about it to the Corinthians?
contentious meaning - causing or likely to cause an argument; controversial.
So here we have Paul saying its just an "argument" and "controversial" to even bring it up in discussion before the Church because "we have no such custom, neither the churches (plural!) of God" (all KJV) for Hebrew churches or Greek churches? ..... Simply understood Paul is saying what's the big deal, its all just an "argument" and "controversial" so get over yourself you Corinthians! For you are dividing yourselves over petty hair length and such of other issues (verse 18!) that Paul was addressing that GREEK Corinthian Church about! Correct!? So we may NEVER know EXACTLY what Paul was addressing to them, the fighting among themselves and HERE on this forum we have PATHETIC Richard7744 ATTEMPTING to cause confusion and DISTRACTION from the thread topic! Its all just a BOGUS attempt for PATHETIC Richard7744 to force his "Corinthian" beliefs (whatever their hair length on head and beard they had!?) and more so his ROMAN "MODERN" hairdos onto people on this forum, while claiming to be giving them "kisses" at the same time! All while potentially infecting them with the corona virus??? So what "length" of hair is a "shame" to a man according to Hebrew customs? NONE listed in the Bible! What about Corinthian CUSTOMS??? NONE listed by Paul because OBVIOUSLY Paul was NOT a Corinthian! Wow! Is this Richard7744 PATHETIC in his false ASSUMPTION in the "teachings" of Paul or what David? We just don't KNOW what Paul was talking about, meaning WHO'S CUSTOM he was addressing!!!???
What we have here in Richard the PATHETIC7744 is a delusional perversion of the Bible in its meaning and purpose! Like this hair thing of his and the removing of words in verses or even adding words that are NOT written! Then to claim the Messiah broke Laws like the sanctified Sabbath and died for food!!!??? HUH??? It makes me wonder why MORE people on this forum do not comment about this CLOWN of Bible interpretation, all of his own self making, that the thinks he is authorized to do! I would guess people are scared pathetic7744 may list their forum names with ours David??? Hmmmmmm...
My hope would be that you and Richard are both at the party.
Quiznos, what makes you think the Messiah won't be there? Shall we count the times in scripture Christ the Messiah was at parties, festivals, and celebrations?
Why can't it be at a party? For example, like the wedding feast at Cana. It doesn't have to be just you or just me and the Messiah. It can be everybody who would like to be there.
Matt 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Whatever happened to the narrow way Jesus warned about?
Seems like (I hope I’m wrong) but it seems like we’ve been getting a good dose of sweet Universalism that claims eeeverry bodie’s just gonna be saved and go to heaven
Jesus might have something to say about that
Matthew 7 The Narrow Gate
(Luke 13:22-30)
13Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14But small is the gate and narrow the way that leads to life, and only a few find it.
A Tree and Its Fruit
(Luke 6:43-45)
15Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20So then, by their fruit you will recognize them.
21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’
23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’
The House on the Rock
(Luke 6:46-49)
24Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.
26But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!”
The Authority of Jesus
28When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were astonished at His teaching, 29because He taught as one who had authority, and not as their scribes.
Jesus condemned “lawlessness” but some false teachers claim Jesus was lawless and broke many laws
Not everything is doom and gloom. Not everything is judgment, pain, and suffering. Sure those things occur, but I think many of us also wish to recognize the joy of it all as well.
Reminds me of the story of Jonah. He was commanded to go to Nineveh and preach. Even after the fact, he's sitting outside the city and waiting for the fireworks when the people might be brought to judgment. Instead the people repented, and the one who ended up miserable was Jonah who had no shade, because the worm ate the gourd that was giving him shade, and the sun was beating down on his head.
The comfort Jonah received was given by God, but He also took it away from Jonah to show Him a different side of things. We can see the bad, but that's just all the more reason to bring light to others. If Jonah would've stayed in the city, I'm sure he could've found shade, and even friendship with the people.
It's my belief that we need to hope for ourselves, but also hope for others, then when they lack hope, our hope can help carry them.
