The answer is NO.
A person needs to repent of their UNBELIEF.
Mark, 1 verses 14-15
14Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, 15and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”
Only after a person FAITHS into Messiah will they be able to repent.

What is true repentance? It is being sorry for grieving God by the way you live. It is a desire to turn from your sins without any regrets and take a new path that pleases God. (2 Cor. 7:9-10

There’s Quiznos out there waving his trusty concordance at us, once again proving his shallow scholarship.
Why is it qualified theologians and skilled pastor/teachers rarely quote from concordances? It’s because serious pastor/teachers are well acquainted with or have mastered OT/NT languages and go deep, direct to the Geek, Hebrew or Aramaic. A concordance is nice to consult but has limited usefulness. That’s why competent theologians often speak pejoratively of “concordance preachers”.
