I've noticed an obvious lack of harmony in these forums. It seems like we have various individuals at war with other individuals. I've been there, done that, and at one point I realized that in putting myself in the middle of so many battles, oftentimes I found myself at war with myself. What I mean is that I was so busy trying to take on the next battle, that I was exhausting myself and it was a distraction from what God wanted me to be doing.
So just curious, does anybody feel like they are in a war? Who or what are you fighting against? Are you winning? Does it serve a greater purpose?
No right or wrong answer here. Just a subject for discussion.

If he is to be one of my challenges in life, then I want the prize. I won't find it by stressing over his merry-go-round conversations. If he wants to chase his tail, let him. If he has something he wants to share of importance, I'll be glad to listen all the more.
If I were to choose one core scripture that I apply to my life, it would be:
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
To me that includes listening to challenging people complicating simple matters.
I believe spirits can exist within certain people, and they can also influence behavior/decision making. So yes, but I'm careful to call it "possession."
Spirits are also cast out by authority, not arguing with manifestations. If Jesus' authority, in his name, demands that spirit buzz off, then what place does it have to argue?
Mark 5:9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.
Mark 5:13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.
Their name, "Legion", His name "Jesus." One had authority and that was it.

Neither Moses or Paul had the authority to make new commandments!!
2 Peter 1:20-21: Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit!
God the Father inspired the 32 writers of the OT to write what He wanted them to write. Just as God the Father gave Jesus all authority in the New and better Covenant of faith and love.
John 16:12-15: Jesus says, "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear . But when he, the Spirit of Truth comes he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own, he will speak only what he hears, an he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify Me because it is **FROM ME** THAT HE WILL RECEIVE WHAT HE WILL MAKE KNOWN TO YOU**! All that belongs to the Father is Mine. That is why I said the Spirit will **RECEIVE FROM ME** what he will make known to you.
Hebrews 12:2: Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the **AUTHOR** and **PERFECTOR** OF OUR FAITH**!!**!!
Matthew 28:18-20: ! Therefore Jesus says, "**ALL AUTHORITY** in heaven and earth has been given to **ME**! Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... Teaching them to **OBEY EVERYTHING I HAVE COMMANDED YOU**{The entire New Testament}. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.
And so Jesus told the Holy Spirit what he should inspire the 8 writers of the New and better Covenant to write which included about 400 New Covenant commandments all inspired by Jesus!!!
We know that Paul was martyred by orders of Nero Caesar in December of AD 66 and we know that Paul was inspired to write 2 Timothy the last of his 14 inspired books just before he ascended into heaven because of 2 Timothy 4:6-8: Paul said, "For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race. I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the Crown of Righteousness1
All the other books of the New Testament except Revelation were written between AD 42 and AD 62 and had been distributed to most of the churches in the Roman Empire And so 2 Timothy 3:16: 4:1-3 included all the books of the Bible except Revelation:
2 Timothy 3:15; 4:1-3: All Scripture is **GOD-BREATHED** and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus {The Author of the NT}, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of His appearing and His Kingdom, I give you this charge: **PREACH THE WORD** {The **ENTIRE NEW TESTAMENT} Be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. And in AD 96 Jesus added the book of Revelation to the New Testament:

I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone {Like Chuckles}**ADDS* anything to them, God will *ADD* to that person the plagues described in this book {Which will include eternal torment in hell as per Rev 14:9-11}. Matthew 24:35: Jesus says, Heaven and earth will pass away, but **MY WORDS WILL NEVER PASS AWAY**!"

What did Jesus and the Word of God say about the Apostle Paul in Acts and in 2 Peter 3:15-16??
Acts 22:24:15: Ananias said to Paul, "The God of our ancestors has **CHOSEN YOU** to **KNOW HIS WILL** and to see the Righteous One and **TO HEAR WORDS FROM HIS MOUTH**. **YOU WILL BE HIS WITNESS TO ALL PEOPLE** of what you have seen and heard.

He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand {For the Lost}. which IGNORANT AND UNSTABLE PEOPLE DISTORT, {Like Chuckles} as they do other Scriptures to **THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION**!{Which would be eternal torment in hell}
John 12:48: Jesus says, "There is a Judge for the one {Like Chuckles} who does not accept My words, the very words I have spoken {In Acts 9:15 & Acts 26:16-18 above} will condemn them at the Last Day!"

John 15:12,13: "Jesus says, "My command is this: Love each other **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**. Greater love has no one than this, that **HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE** for his friends!"
Matthew 26:28: Jesus says, "This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many **FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS**!"
Galatians 2:18-21: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me! The life I live in the body, I live by **FAITH** in the Son of God, who loved me and **GAVE HIMSELF FOR ME**!! I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!!
Hebrews 9:12: He entered the Most Holy Place once for all by **HIS OWN BLOOD**, having obtained **ETERNAL REDEMPTION**!
Hebrews 9:22; 26-28: The law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood **THERE IS NO FORGIVENESS**.... I Peter 2:24,25: He Himself **BORE OUR SINS** in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness, by **HIS WOUNDS** we are healed {See Isaiah 53:5,6}!! For you were like sheep going astray, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls!!
I Peter 3:18 For Christ **DIED FOR SINS ONCE FOR ALL**, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God!!
I John 2:1,2: My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have One who speaks to the Father in our defense--Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the **ATONING SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS**, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world!!

NOTE: Jesus Christ our Savior is called the **LAMB** of God **30 TIMES** in the book of Revelation because He did away with all lamb sacrifices for sin by the sacrifice of Himself!!
Revelation 5:6,9: Then I saw a **LAMB**, looking as if it had been slain, standing in the center of the throne...You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals because You were slain, and **WITH YOUR BLOOD** You purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation!!
Romans 5:6-10: You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless. Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates His love for us in this: While we were still sinners Christ died for us. Since we are now justified **BY HIS BLOOD**, how much more will we be saved from God's wrath through Him! When we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to Him **THROUGH THE DEATH OF HIS SON**!
If he's "possessed", then wouldn't that "war" be against that spirit? I mean if it had control over him, then that's who the problem would be with. If that's the case, complaining at someone for acting nutty isn't going to solve the problem.
Chuckles and Satan teach that Jesus is not God and that the Blessed Sacrifice of our Lord Savior Jesus Christ does not forgive sin! Chuckles teaches that good works and keeping of OT laws are the only things that forgive sin???
