Does Isaiah 53:2 talk about Jesus Christ?

"He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him."

I've seen people argue that this verse is referring to Jesus. Others say it doesn't. If you ask me, I think it does refer to Jesus. His outward appearance didn't look good, he was desired. To me, Jesus was the most beautiful person that ever walked this earth. Unlike us, He was the only one that was perfect. He was and still is beautiful. What are your thoughts?

Matthew 23:9: Jesus says, "Do not call anyone on earth **FATHER**, for you have **ONE FATHER** and He is in heaven!!"

It is true that some wrongly called Jesus the Everlasting Father but Jesus was not the Everlasting Father or **CO-EQUAL** with the **EVERLASTING FATHER** and would never want to be called **EVERLASTING FATHER**

Jon 1:18: No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made Him known!

Dueteronomy 18:17-19: The Lord said to Moses, "I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put My words in His mouth. He will tell them everything I command Him. I Myself will call to account anyone who does not listen to My words that the pProphet speaks in My name!"

John 14:23,24, 28: Jesus says, "Anyone who loves Me will obey My teaching, My Father will love them and We will come too them an make our home with them. Anyone who does not love Me will not obey My teaching. These words you hear are not My own, **THEY BELONG TO THE FATHER WHO SENT ME**.... You have heard Me say, 'I am going away and am coming back to you.' If you loved Me, you would be glad I am going to the Father , for the **FATHER IS GREATER THAN I!"

Matthew 5:6-15: Jesus says, "When you pray, go into your room, close the door and **PRAY TO YOUR FATHER**, who is unseen. Then your **FARTHER**, who sees what is done in secret, will **REWARD YOU**. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your **FATHER** knows what you need before you ask Him. This the is how you should pray: 'Our **FATHER** in heaven, hallowed be your name, **YOUR KINGDOM COME** {See I Corinthians 15:22-24 below}, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts {sins}, as we forgive our debtors.... For if you forgive other people who sin against you, your heavenly **FATHER** will also forgive you. but if you do not forgive others their sins, your **FATHER** will not forgive your sins'!"

I Corinthians 15:22-24: For as in Adam all die , so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in turn, Christ, the Firstfruits, then, when He comes those who belong to Him. Then the end will come when He hands over the **KINGDOM TO GOD THE FATHER**!

Our great God and Savior Jesus Christ would certainly not ever want to be called **EVERLATING FATHER**

Montanagrace request:

Richard, do you thank God that grace and **PEACE** come to us from God our Father AND the Lord Jesus Christ?

Ephesians 6:14-17: Stand firm then, with belt of Truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the **GOSPEL OF PEACE**. in addition to all this, take up the shield of Faith, with which you can extinguish all the arrows of the Evil One. Take the helmet of Salvation and the **SWORD OF THE SPIRIT**, which is the **WORD OF GOD**!!

Hebrews 4:12: For the Word of God is alive and active, **SHARPER THAN ANY DOUL|BLE-EDGED SWORD, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit and it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart!!

I Peter 2:20-23: If you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, THAT YOU SHOULD FOLLOW IN HIS STEPS .... When they hurled their insults at Him, He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats. Instead He entrusted Himself to Him who judges Justly!

I Peter 3:8,9,11: Finally, all of you, be like minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. **DO NOT REPAY EVIL FOR EVIL** or insult with insult. On the contrary, **REPAY EVIL WITH BLESSING**, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. For... "They must turn from evil and do good; they **MUST SEEK PEACE AND PURSUE IT**!"

Romans 14:17-19: For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, **PEACE** and joy in the Holy Spirit, because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God an receives human approval. Let us therefore make every effort to do **WHAT LEADS TO PEACE**!

Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort **TO LIVE IN PEACE WITH EVERYONE**!

Romans 12:19-21: Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty give him something to drink. In doing this you will heap burning coals on his head. Do not be overcome by evil, but **OVERCOME EVIL WITH GOOD**!

I Peter 4:8-10: Above all, **LOVE** each other deeply, because **LOVE** covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, faithfully administering **GOD'S GRACE** in its various forms!

Colossians 3:12-15: As God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on **LOVE**, which binds them all together in perfect unity! Let the **PEACE OF CHRIST** rule in your hearts. since of members of one body, you were **CALLED TO PEACE**!

Isaiah 9:6,7: For unto us a Child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, and **PRINCE OF PEACE**. Of the greatness of His government and **PEACE** there will be no end!!

1 Cor 16:23    The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

2 Cor 8:9    For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might be rich.

Acts 15:11    But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

**SALVATION IS 100% FREE WHILE ETERNAL HEAVENLY REWARDS ARE 100% EARNED**!!

**SALVATION IS 100% FREE**

Titus 3:3,4: At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and **LOVE** of God our Savior appeared , He saved us, **NOT BECAUSE OF RIGHTEOUS THINGS WE HAD DONE**, but because of **HIS MERCY**!!

John 1:12,13: To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, he gave the right to become children of God--children born not of natural descent, **NOR OF A HUMAN DECISION** or a husband's will but, **BORN OF GOD**!!

John 6:37,39,44,65: Jesus says, "**ALL** that the Father gives Me **WILL** come to Me, and whoever comes to Me I will **NEVER** drive away... And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall **LOSE NONE** of all that He has given Me, but raise them up at the Last Day.... No one can come to Me **UNLESS** the Father who sent Me **DRAWS HIM**, and I will raise him up at the Last Day!!... No one can come to Me **UNLESS** the Father has **ENABLED THEM**!!"

Ephesians 2:8,9: For it is by **GRACE** you have been saved, through **FAITH**—and this **NOT FROM YOURSELVES**, it is the **GIFT OF GOD**—not by works. So that no one can boast. For we are **GOD'S WORKMANSHIP**, created in Christ Jesus to do **GOOD WORKS**, which God prepared in advance for us to do!

Romans 12:3: For by the **GRACE GIVEN ME** I say to every one of you. Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourselves with sober judgment, in accordance with the **FAITH GOD HAS DISTRIBUTED TO EACH OF YOU**... We have different gifts, according to the **GRACE GIVEN TO EACH OF US**!!

Romans 9:15,16,18: God says, "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God's mercy...Therefore God has mercy on whom He wants to have mercy, and He hardens whom He wants to harden. {But God's saints still preach God's Word to everyone}

John 15:16: Jesus says, You did not choose Me, but I **CHOSE YOU**and appointed you so that you might bear **FRUIT**--**FRUIT** that will last!!

Matthew 22:14: Jesus says, "MANY ARE INVITED**, but few are **CHOSEN**!"

Ephesians 1:4-8; 11,12: In love He **PREDESTINED** us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will--to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves, In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding... In Him we were also **CHOSEN**, having been **PREDESTINED** in accordance to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity to the purpose of His will, in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be to the **PRAISE OF HIS GLORY**!!

I Thessalonians 1:4: For we know, brothers loved by God, that He has **CHOSEN YOU**, because our Gospel came to you not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction!

I Peter 2:9: But you are a **CHOSEN PEOPLE**, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you might declare the praise of Him who **CALLED YOU** out of darkness into His wonderful light!!

Revelation 17:14: They will make war against the **LAMB** but the **LAMB** will overcome them because He is **LORD** of lords and **KING** of kings and with Him will be His **CALLED** **CHOSEN** and **FAITHFUL** followers!! {Riding on white horses right after the Marriage Feast of the **LAMB** as per Revelation 19:7-20!}

David quote:

The Bible doesn’t say Jesus IS God the Father, it simply says that the term “Everlasting Father”

End quote

Oh David..

Now consider this.

The Everlasting Father created all things by His Word.

The Word of God is Jesus as John tells us:

John 1 King James Version (KJV)

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word >>>was<<<God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 >>All<< things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Notice, John opens with >>In the beginning<<....Genesis says the same thing. Bereshith ( Hebrew for in the beginning )

Now the scriptures say the WORD became flesh and dwelled among us. .

John 8:58

“Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was,>>> I am<<<

Hosea 13:4 King James Version (KJV)

4 Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.

King James Bible

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Christian Standard Bible

Instead he emptied himself by assuming the form of a servant, taking on the likeness of humanity. And when he had come as a man,

Contemporary English Version

Instead he gave up everything and became a slave, when he became like one of us.

So I ask you to consider that Jesus is the Father and as the Word he took form a little lower than the angels and became a man , 100% man and 100% God. Most people cannot wrap their minds around this but he was God in the flesh. The invisible Father made manifest. He being human was tempted like we all are and suffered in the flesh. Who was running the universe while Jesus was the father in the flesh? So many may ask, ,,,"so Jesus was praying to himself then in the garden? " Well, he was human and took on that form in a body so he was a son in that fashion but He was still God.

I think you may need aspirin now.

Consider Job 38:28

Hath the rain a >>>father<<<?

or who hath >>begotten<< the drops of dew?

29 Out of whose >>>womb <<<came the ice?

and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?

30 The waters are hid as with a stone,

and the face of the deep is frozen.

Yes, Jesus is a son in the sense that He came out of The Fathers womb as the Word and dwelled among us .

New American Standard Bible

No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is >>>in the bosom<<< of the Father, He has explained Him.

New King James Version

No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

King James Bible

No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is>> in the bosom of the Father<<<, he hath declared him.

It’s beginning to appear as if there’s much resourcefulness in those minds on the flat earth.

Ok, So far we’re hovering above a flat earth template that’s governed by a father with a womb.

But wait a minute—what is this thing we hovering in that has propelled us into the spacious sky above the magnificent flat earth landscape—does this thing have an engine??
