The Catholic Church is guilty of a grave moral failure for allowing massive sexual abuse of children:
A stunning grand jury report issued Tuesday that said over 300 Catholic priests in Pennsylvania sexually abused more than 1,000 children over seven decades � and accused church leaders of covering up the wrongdoing � shows a massive and indefensible moral failure of the Catholic Church in the U.S.
The Catholic priests and bishops of Pennsylvania and the rest of the United States have failed the church. They have failed American Catholics. They have failed to uphold the dignity of the priesthood. They have failed God.
In the next few days much will be made of the damning 800+ page report issued by the Pennsylvania grand jury that named priests in six of the state�s seven dioceses as sexual predators who targeted vulnerable children � the most innocent of all the faithful. While the report identified 1,000 children it said were victims, it said there were probably thousands more child victims whose identities are not known.
The grand jury report states: �Priests were raping little boys and girls, and the men of God who were responsible for them not only did nothing; they hid it all. For decades.�
And sadly, the report said most of the terrible crimes it documents happened too long ago to be prosecuted because of statutes of limitations.
In a time when the number of people worldwide who associate with and practice a religion continues to decline, the bishops and priests of the world and of the United States had a calling to share the joys of Catholic Christianity to those who do not have it.
They had a duty to guide and form the members of the church in the teachings of Jesus Christ and His apostles, and strengthen their understanding of the truth.
But they failed.
As a lifelong faithful Catholic, Tuesday was a difficult day for me. I am angry, I am horrified, I am sickened, but I still have faith.
Predator priests and the bishops who enabled them deserve to see the inside of a prison cell � the fact that many will not be prosecuted because their crimes happened long ago is a grave injustice.
The culture within rectories, chanceries and seminaries that allowed this behavior to fester must be purged. And there must be stiff consequences for these horrible actions committed against the most innocent of God�s flock by the very people who are supposed to guide humanity to Him.
As for those priests, bishops, deacons and lay administrators who turned a blind eye to such evil and are still working, they must be sent packing � and not by the Church hierarchy. The faithful should be the ones who determine which priests and bishops can keep their jobs. Only such a commission of the faithful can guarantee that the culture of secrecy and the evil in the church is weeded out and destroyed.
And if that means that half the priests and bishops in America must be defrocked and forced into retirement, then so be it. The terrible evil that these men have wrought on God�s Holy Church is so unspeakable that no price is too high to rectify it.
No Catholic should be giving a cent to the collection basket until the predatory monsters within the priesthood, and bishops of the Catholic Church who enabled them, are cast out in a visible, transparent process that makes crystal clear that the church will never permit these terrible crimes to take place again.
WHY IS POPE FRANCIS STILL SILENT ABOUT THIS MASSIVE SEX ABUSE REPORT??
(CNN) - In July, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro wrote a personal letter to Pope Francis, warning him that "a comprehensive investigation" by his office had found "widespread sexual abuse of children and a systemic coverup by leaders of the Catholic Church."
Shapiro says he never received a response.
The six Pennsylvania dioceses named in the scathing grand jury report received copies of the 800-page document in May, according to Crux News. Before the report was published on Tuesday, Cardinal Donald Wuerl, one of the Pope's top allies and the former archbishop of Pittsburgh, had a detailed website prepared to defend himself against charges that he shielded abusive priests. (The website was removed on Thursday after an outcry from Catholics.)
So the idea that the Vatican was caught off guard by the explosive report or needs more time to process it is increasingly difficult to understand -- as is the Pope's silence on the matter. This is a pontiff, after all, who has chastised the media for ignoring the deaths of homeless people.
What's the threshold of victims it would take for the Vatican to quickly respond to the grand jury report? Maybe 2,000? Or 3,000?
Is 1,000 children abused at the hands of Catholic clergy not enough to warrant a comment from the Pope?
Apparently not.
"We have no comment at this time," Paloma Ovejero, deputy director of the Vatican's press office, said on Wednesday. On Thursday, the Vatican again declined to comment.
Meanwhile, in the United States and elsewhere, pressure continues to mount on Pope Francis to address a rapidly escalating crisis that has spread across several continents, from Australia to Latin America.
Pope Francis also says "Who am I to judge homosexuals." and Pope Francis states that sincere homosexuals will also enter the kingdom of heaven. But what does God's Word say?? I Corinthians 6:9-11: Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor **HOMOSEXUAL OFFENDERS** will inherit the kingdom of God. {Unless they repent} And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

**BUT WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY**??
Pope in Latin means "papa" from Greek word "pappas" which means "Father".. Roman Catholics call the Pope **HOLY FATHER** and call all their priests **FATHERS**???
Matthew 23:9: "Jesus says, "Do not call *ANYONE on earth 'father,' for you have **ONE FATHER**, and He is in *HEAVEN*!!" This is an obvious reference to a **SPIRITUAL FATHER** since earthly fathers of earthly children are mentioned hundreds of times in God's Word.
And so according to Jesus calling priests 'Fathers' or the leader of the Satanic Roman Catholic Church 'Holy Father' is a terrible sin. And since Pope means 'father' it is also a terrible sin to call anyone 'The Pope'! And so 'Pope' Francis really means **FATHER FRANCIS** and he is completely qualified to be the future False Prophet of 666!!
John 14:23,24: Jesus says, "If anyone loves Me, he will obey My teaching. My Father will love him and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me will not obey My teaching. These words you hear are not My own, they belong to the Father who sent Me!!"

The followers of Satan really hate it when you quote God's Word!!
**DOES GOD'S WORD SAY THAT *ADDING** OR **TAKING WORDS** AWAY FROM GOD'S WORD IS A SIN**??
prophetic just because I disagree with you does not mean I serve satan. Since God forgives why would you use past events to make your point. I am not Catholic and do not feel that using there doctrine is wise.

Disagreeing with me is certainly not a sin.
However,**ADDING** or **TAKING WORDS AWAY ** from God's Word is an unpardonable sin and disagreeing with God's New Testament Covenant is also a terrible sin.

(Reuters) - The Vatican knew of a cover-up of child sex abuse by Roman Catholic priests in Pennsylvania through secret archives that bishops in the state shared with church leaders in Rome, the state's attorney general Josh Shapiro said on Tuesday.
Though Catholic Bishops in Pennsylvania systematically denied the sexual abuse of thousands of children over a 70-year period, they secretly documented the cases and often sent information on them to the Vatican, Shapiro told two national news shows.
Shapiro first made the allegations against the Vatican during an Aug. 14 news conference to unveil a report on a two-year investigation into how Catholic clergymen in the state allegedly groomed and sexually abused children.
It was largely based on documents from the archives kept by the state's six dioceses, he said.
"There are specific examples where when the abuse occurred, the priests would go, the bishops would go and lie to parishioners, lie to law enforcement, lie to the public, but then document all the abuse in secret archives that they would share oftentimes with the Vatican," Shapiro told the CBS This Morning show.

Revelation 22:16,18,19: "I, Jesus. have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the Churches....
