The ones that read, believe and practise the word of God. The word of God is good medice, when we realize that we are sick and we need Jesus, and we accept him as our Lord and Savior and we start walking according to the word, we become believers and we start to recieve His blessings.

What's your definition?

Shared ~ Knowing the word without application of the word to your life doesn't make you a believer, when you believe you surrender your will and do God's will.

*** So very true...that lil gal that shared her story of belief...she shared with me after the meeting saying..."I now Understand what Contrary Action means...Its like I want to drink and I know God doesnt want me to...If I put the bottle to my mouth Jesus aint gona knock it out of my hand...I gota toss it aside...hit my knees and ask him for his help with the temptation before me."...I gave her a Really Big HUGGG...xo

GodsJude,

We cannot do the work of the Holy Spirit. How do we know what the will of God is.

Romans 12:2 "And do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect".

Until we first seperate ourself from our self, and accept Christ as our Lord and savior, we cannot know what the will of God is.

We must go through the process of transformation, by allowing the Spirit of God to minister to our Spirit, then we can have the mind of Christ to think like Christ.

Then wel will be able to recognized what His will is, because He called us out of darkness to His marvellous light, and in His marvellous light everything is transparent, we were blind, but now we can see.

When we are able to see His will, we will Know his will and be able to do His will. And whatever we do will be good, acceptable and perfect. The Spirit is leading, teaching and guiding us and as long as we walk in the Spirit we will not go back to fulfil our fleshy desires.

Since Christ is divine, we humans cannot be like Him in All ways. We can not imitate His omnipotence, omnipresence, ominiscience, infinity, immutability, and the attributes peculiar to divinity.

On the other hand, in the limitation of His incarnation He did demonstrate specific qualities that we also have in our NEW nature. We can grow in these qualities: mercy, love, long- suffering, and even Holiness and grace.

We have to look to those humanly manifested qualities that He expects us to imitate. They are indeed also divine attributes, but they constitute that part of God's nature that He invested in Redeemed humanity.

George shared ~ Hey angel: You dropped this on your way to 'church'. @POC did you repent and turn and then Trust Jesus! . Me NOPE,not me.

*** Thats really interesting George because Jesus* first Preaching is REPENT ~

Mat 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mar 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

*** So you make HIS Word of none Effect ~

Mar 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

*** Which is Not Believing and Trusting in the "Whole" Word...only what Floats yer Boat...that Boat is a Sinking Ship...it holds water...jus not the Flowing Water of Christ Jesus...IMHO...Be Blessed and See the Light and the Truth therein Christ Jesus...xo

Yes, Scott George is very serious that he does't believe in repenting of his sins... yet, he tries to teach and preach God's word of truth and say that everybody else is wrong, and do not follow the teachings of Jesus, and he himself isn't following what Jesus said in His word of truth.

Makes you wonder whose right, George or what God has to say, how can a person say he/she has a personal relationship and are in close fellowship with Jesus Christ, and walks in darkness of what God speaks in His word of truth, and has not, nor does the person believe they have need to repent of his/her sins daily, as a precaution.

For we know not what we speak or think that is displeasing to God. And no one is born on this earth saved, and just becasue a person believes in Jesus does not mean the person has no need to repent of their sins... that's BIBLE!

George, believes only the good things in the Word, and all the other that God says applies to us that we there is no one righteous, he doesn't believe that applies to him.

And as he popped off to me on a thread, saying in effect, When the Holy Spirit convicts him of his sins and tells him, he needs to repent of his isn, he didn't need me or anyone to tell him nothing about repenting...

So I guess the Holy Spirit hasnt convicted his hard-heart yet! God says He only chastens and humbles those whom He loves, but the prideful and rebellious and hardhearted, He judges...

George's heart is seared with a hot iron and growing cold toward correction, which let's me know that when a person refuses anyone telling them something, they have serious problems with authority, therefore, they will also have problems with heeding the authority of what God says, especially when it is corretcign them... the pride and ego gets in thier way... and only God in due season will do what it is He has to do, and knows to do best with hardheaded people... But what George and many like him don't understand is, that God sends people into their lives with warning, and when those warnings are not heeded, then God will step in and do His thing to bring repnetance... and as the writers say, its a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the Almighty God!!

Repent of your sins George, becasue you never know when it might be your last time to repent!

May you learn to be a hearer and a doer of ALL God's Holy Word!
