A question

Brothers,
I have a question:
Who is this Man in the red Apparel?
Is God cruel?
Is God a killer?
Will Gods army of saints kill anyone during the tribulation period before the Second Coming of God Jesus to the earth?
Please, those who KNOW God, answer to these questions.
Zechariah 14
The Day of the LORD
Behold, the day of the LORD is coming,
And your spoil will be divided in your midst.
For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;
The city shall be taken,
The houses rifled,
And the women ravished.
Then the LORD will go forth
And fight against those nations,
As He fights in the day of battle.
And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:
Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,
And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.
Zecharia 14
The LORD in Judgment and Salvation:
Who is this who comes from Edom,
With dyed garments from Bozrah,
This One who is glorious in His apparel,
Traveling in the greatness of His strength?
 I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
2 Why is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?
 I have trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;
Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.
For the day of vengeance is in My heart,
And the year of My redeemed has come.
I looked, but there was no one to help,
And I wondered
That there was no one to uphold;
Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me;
And My own fury, it sustained Me.
I have trodden down the peoples in My anger,
Made them drunk in My fury,
And brought down their strength to the earth.
Isaiah 63:1-6
Just to remind you what Richard said:
2 Thess 1:1,6-10: To the *CHURCH* of the ThessaloniansGod is just; He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen *WHEN* the Lord Jesus is *REVEALED* {See I Peter 1:13} from heaven in blazing fire **WITH HIS POWERFUL ANGELS** {See Matt 16:27 & Matt 24:30,31} He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting *DESTRUCTION* and shut out from the presence of the Lord *ON THE DAY HE COMES* to be glorified in His holy people!! {THE LAST DAY-See Rev 20:11-15}
Romans 12 gives us many ways that we can follow some of the best of the 400 commands of the New Covenant of loving others as Jesus loved us by renewing our minds and being transformed {as per Romans 12:2} with the hope of countless heavenly rewards for faithful and loving service:
Romans 12:5-13,20,21: In Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is teaching, let him teach, if it is encouraging let him encourage. If it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously.
Love must be sincere, Hate what is evil, cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited....
If your enemy is hungry feed him, if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good!
____
Praise the Lord that He helps us.
His judgment is in righteousness and
His salvation is for those who are REDEEMED through their FAITH in the Son of God.
