All who live Godly Lives will be Persecuted--2 Tim 3:12

God has always allowed His people to suffer tribulation and trials because they purify and perfect their faith and will gain countless eternal rewards when Jesus Christ is *REVEALED. There are over 40,000 saints martyred every year and the main culprit is no longer just Islam and the RC Church. Millions of saints were martyred by the Communist atheist countries after 1917 in Russia and after 1948 in China and then in North Korea and Vietnam. Many more millions were killed by Japan 1937-1945 and by the Fascists in Italy and Germany 1922-1945.
Romans 8:35-37: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?... For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us!
I Peter 2:20b,21: But if you suffer for doing good and endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow IN HIS STEPS.
I Peter 4:12,13: Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you. But **REJOICE**:applause: that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when His glory is *REVEALED!
Matthew 5:10-12 Jesus says, Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. **REJOICE**:applause: and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you!
2 Timothy 3:12: In fact, **EVERYONE** who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted!
Romans 5:3: But we rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character; and character, hope.
Philippians 1:29: For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for Him!
Philippians 3:10: I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings!
Revelation 12:17: They overcame him {Satan} by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; for they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death!
Rev 2:10: Jesus says, Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the Crown of Life.
Matthew 24:3,9-13: The disciples asked Jesus, What will be the sign of your Coming and the end of the age?? Jesus answered.. {During the Great Tribulation} Then *YOU* will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and *YOU will be hated by all nations because of Me. At that time many will turn away from the Faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of *MOST* will grow cold,{THE GREAT APOSTASY} but he {The Called, Chosen & Faithful-Rev 17:14b} who stands firm to the End will be saved.
This will come as a tremendous shock for those who teach the Prosperity Gospel and who are mainly seeking earthly treasures rather than eternal Heavenly Rewards. They teach: If you accept Jesus as your Savior you have a free pass to Heaven and God forbid that you should suffer any persecution or go through the Great Tribulation; which fits in with the Prosperity Gospel doctrines which are designed to increase church membership at the expense of the Truth. When is the last time you heard a sermon on the virtues and courage of the many thousands of present-day martyrs in the?? And this is probably why there will be a great FALLING AWAY {THE GREAT APOSTASY} at the beginning of the Great Tribulation.

PJ:
Again you are quoting Scripture from the OT Covenant to prove the Prosperity Gospel. Can you quote any NT Scripture which contradicts the teaching of Jesus to the prosperous in Matthew 19:21 "To sell all your possessions and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven; and **THEN** come follow Me."
Prosperity was part of the OT Covenant but the *NEW** NT Covenant is totally against the Prosperity Gospel: The NT Covenant inspired by the Holy Spirit also commands:
Hebrews 8:6,7,13: But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which He is mediator is superior to the old one, and is founded on better promises..By calling this covenant "NEW," He has made the first one obsolete!!
Jesus says to His disciples "Teach them to obey **EVERYTHING** I commanded" in Matt 28:20.
John 14:23,24: Jesus says, "If anyone loves Me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love Me will not obey My teaching."
I John 2:3-5: We know that we have come to know Him {Jesus} **IF** we obey His commands. The man who says, "I know Him," but does not do what He commands is a liar, and the Truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys His Word, God's love is truly made complete in Him.:applause:
IS THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL THE GOSPEL OF SATAN??
I John 2:15,16: "Do not love the world of **ANYTHING** in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world--the cravings of sinful man, the lust of the eyes and the boasting of what he has and does--comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.":applause:
James 4:3,4: "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God."
James 5:15 "Now listen you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. Your wealth has rotted and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the Last Days...You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter."
Matthew 6:24: Jesus says, "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money!"
I Timothy 2:9,10: "I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God."
I Timothy 6:6-10: "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
2 Timothy 3:1,2: But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves and lovers of money."
Hebrews 13:5: Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
Matthew 19:20-24: The rich man said "All these {commandments} I have kept. What do I still lack?" Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. *THEN** come , follow Me." When the young man heard this, he went away sad, because he had great wealth.
Then Jesus said to His disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
The Prosperity Gospel as taught by Osteen:devil: and many others is truly the Gospel of Satan and contradicts the teachings of the New Covenant which are inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Did the early NT saints practice the Prosperity Gospel??
Acts 2:44,45: "*ALL** the believers:rolleyes: were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need."
Acts 4:32,34: " **ALL** the believers:rolleyes: were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had... There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put them at the apostles feet, and it was distributed to anyone as he had need."
And so the early NT saints followed the command of Jesus in Matthew 19:21 "to sell your possessions and give to the poor and you will have treasures in heaven and *THEN* come follow Me."
Would those who teach the Satanic Prosperity Gospel preach their nonsense to the very poor saints who earn a few dollars per day in Africa, Asia and South America?? Why don't the churches who preach the Prosperity Gospel not sell their possessions and give to these poor saints like the early saints?? If they did follow the NT teachings then they also would be poor!:applause:

Luke 6:20: Jesus says, "Blessed:rolleyes: are you who are *POOR*, for yours is the Kingdom of Heaven!"
Luke 12:33: Jesus says, "Sell your possessions and give to the *POOR*. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted. For where your treasure is, there your heart:rolleyes: will be also!"
2 Corinthians 6:4-10: "As servants of God:angel: we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance, in troubles, hardships and distresses; in beatings, imprisonments and riots, in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; in purity, understanding, patience and kindness, in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; through glory and dishonor; genuine, yet regarded as impostors; dying and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed, sorrowful, yet always rejoicing, *POOR**, yet making many rich; having *NOTHING*, and yet possessing everything!!":applause:

From the throne of God to the church:
3Jo 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
The condition is you have to renew your mind to the word of God to the truth, about health and wealth to walk in it.
You declare continually that the father has changed, all that Jesus has is ours the bible says, and then you say the new covenant teaches to be poor, and that is very clear of the curse.
You can not find any poverty in the blessing of Abraham.
Ge 28:4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham.
Ga 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
You will notice the first part of verse fourteen is to the church through Jesus Christ.
Do you know some would so boldly proclaim the blessing of Abraham was the promise of the spirit.
To that foolishness I say you are tying to say Abraham had the spirit while he was on the earth.
He was blessed to be a blessing just as the church is today.
Let's look at part of that blessing revealed by Jesus in this context:Mr 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
In this life he shall receive; houses and lands plural, and spiritual brothers and sisters when you live for the Gospel, but this person's will receive much persecution for receiving such, which we see clearly prophet in everything you have said, you oppose the lord Jesus continually with your words.
Spiritual laws do not change as you have proposed.
