George your will does not agree with the will of God because you openly disagree with the will of God, and that is a choice you can change it start's with confessing your faults publicly as you so openly, breed strife to the body of Christ.
In your response the error is obvious, by the way it was me that posted the scripture about the ministry gifts, I am not in opposition to truth.

The present day churches are completely different from the early churches who worshiped every day and witnessed every day and followed the Great Commission of Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20: Jesus says, All authority in heaven and earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of *ALL NATIONS*...teaching them to obey **EVERYTHING * I commanded you!!"
*EVERYTHING* would also include all the approximate 400 commands found in Acts to Revelation {and in the 4 Gospels}as per 2 Timothy 3:16; 4:2: "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work....Preach the Word; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction!"
Ephesians 4:10-15: It was He {Jesus not the churches} who gives some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach the unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.{And gaining countless eternal rewards}

ESUS COMMANDS, �LOVE ONE ANOTHER JUST AS I HAVE LOVED YOU!�
Jesus commanded his disciples many times to obey the OT command �To **LOVE** your neighbor as yourself� and on the day before his atonement Jesus added a NEW command �To **LOVE** one another as I have **LOVED** you� and this was just one day before he laid down His life for His friends.
John 13:34: Jesus says, �A **NEW** command I give you: **LOVE** one another as I have **LOVED** you so you MUST **LOVE** one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples!!�
John 15:9-14: �As the Father has loved Me, so I have loved you. Now remain in My **LOVE**. If you obey My commands, you will remain in My love,,, My command is this:**LOVE** each other **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**!!. Greater **LOVE** has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends **IF** you do what I command!!�
John 13:34: Jesus says, �A NEW command I give you: **LOVE** one another as I have **LOVED** you, so you must **LOVE** one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples!!�

Revelation 22:112: Jesus says,"Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done!?
Matthew 16:27: Jesus says, For the Son of Man is going to come in His **FATHER'S GLORY WITH HIS ANGELS**:angel::angel:{See Matt 24:30,31; 25:31-40 & 2 Thess 1:6-10}, and **THEN** He will reward each person according to what he has done."
Daniel 12:3: "Those who impart wisdom will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever!"
Jesus says in Rev 2:17; 3:4, 5, 21: �To him who overcomes...I will give a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it:rolleyes:.....He will walk with Me for he is worthy:rolleyes:... I will acknowledge his name before My Father and His angels.... I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem.....I will write on him my New Name... and I will give him the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.� According to Rev 22:3 these 2 thrones will be the only thrones in the Heavenly New Jerusalem!.
