Admin	France banning the face veil Posted : 8 Jun, 2011 06:11 PM Do you agree with France banning the full face veil that is often used by Muslim women to cover their face from view? Is it an attack on religion as a whole or is it an attempt by France to recapture its Christian roots? Post Reply

Maybe because it is 3 45am where I live or maybe I am just a little slow but I don't really understand what you are asking. By banning the face veil they were liberating women who WERE forced to wear it. Post Reply

View Profile History	France banning the face veil Posted : 8 Jun, 2011 08:04 PM As women, if they choose to be Muslim, then they choose the consequences which includes having to conceal their faces. If they choose not to cover their faces, they should choose not to be Muslim. I equate that to me saying, "I'm a Baptist but I don't want to be dunked in the baptismal, I just want to be sprinkled." If I just want to be sprinkled, I shouldn't be Baptist, I should go be Methodist or Presbyterian or one of those denominations that sprinkle. Government shouldn't dictate religion. Post Reply
