Came across a very interesting question: Will God help those who don't act?

You may be praying praying praying for a job, healing, relationship, change in habits, lose/gain weight, but if you don't go out of your way to look for jobs/do interviews, get Medical intervention, go to places to socialize with others, get rid of the junk...how will things change?

What do you think?

Hi sister,

There is such a thing called sin of omission:

A sin of omission is failing to do something good when you know you should. The Good Samaritan parable is a classic example of this (Luke 10:30-37). Both the priest and the Levite passed by the injured man without helping him, leaving him half-dead.

James 4:17, "Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do, and does not do it, to him it is sin."

Remember:

Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins.
