If Satan changes what is said, then he is the originator of the lie, not God's Truth.
But yeah, it's probably splitting hairs, as I agree with what you're saying.
I'm speaking more along the lines of something like God saying "Do not commit adultery." It doesn't matter who says it, as it's true because God said it first, so there is no argument. Likewise, if someone reiterates God's Word through ministry, it still holds true.

I hear you, but nowadays with the Bible canonized ha Satan doesn't change the words, just the interpretation of the words. Even the Dead Sea Scrolls that predate the oldest copies of Torah cannot change the Masoretic Text. I do give credit to the Nestle Aland Text for trying to stay current with most recent discoveries providing us with the best Text possible. But I digress.
What changes nowadays is: Who has the authority to interpret?
For example, you brought up adultery. Everyone agrees adultery is wrong. Therefore people change the definition of what is adultery. Depending on who interprets, adultery can be anything from lusting, internet porn to separated, divorced or consensual wife swapping.
Titus 3:3,4: At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another.
