Surely you can see that. At least these people have told you why it doesn't mean what you think. You refuse to even acknowledge the hundreds of scriptures others have shown you. Maybe if you did that people would take you seriously, and someone other than a new person would post on your threads. |

QuestionPosted : 26 Jun, 2010 08:16 PMNo that is not what for means. Got to remember the chapter and verse numbers were never part of the original writings. To change for to because would be smashing in what you want it to mean and not what the original author was trying to say. To find the meaning you have to look at what is before the for and see how the thought flows. Changing a word so the verse says what you want it to mean is a very bad hermeneutics practice people need to get away from. |
