Who here observes the Sabbath and the biblical feasts? And would you like to have a family that would maintain these biblical traditions? Leave a message so that other people can know, who knows, this way you can help them find them. But the will of YHWH be done...

🤔🧐 So do you believe that we have to keep a Seventh-Day Sabbath ❓❓

This is a good time to discuss the feasts and the sabbath.

What were they and why did God command the ancient Hebrews to observe them?

To each his own.

Galatians 4:9-11 But now that you know God—or rather are known by God—how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? 10 You are observing special days and months and seasons and years! 11 I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you.

Romans 14:5-6

One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord.

Exactly right W&T.

The old covenant law was fully fulfilled in Christ. We are no longer bound to live under the ceremonial law as if we were looking forward to a future Messiah.

The Old Testament is studied today to show us how Jesus fulfilled the law.

🤔🧐 Absolutely right you guys . And when one studies the Old testament Sabbath carefully they see that it was for Israel only , which means in their time zone. So those in the Hebrew Roots movement who think they are being obedient to The Seventh-Day Sabbath commandment aren't really keeping it. They cannot there are 24 different time zones in the world . Unless they are in the same time zone as Israel's, it's impossible 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🤷

Colosians 2:16Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17👉👉👉These are a shadow👈 of the things that were to come; 👉👉the reality👈👈, however, 👉👉is found in Christ👈👈. 18Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Such a person also goes into great detail about what they have seen; they are puffed up with idle notions by their unspiritual mind. 19They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.

EsterPilgrim, it is a blessing to keep the Shabbat. We all should indeed observe the feast days. They were not just given to the Jews or the ancient Jews. They are a statute forever from generation to generation. When Christ returns in the Millennium, the whole Earth will keep them with no exceptions. He will punish all who fail to keep them.

Some people receive their understanding about God and his ways 👉👉directly from scripture👈👈. They work hard at seeking God and understanding 👉👉what he has written about himself👈👈

Once they understand what he has written and what he wants them to do, they choose to👉👉LOVE him and to OBEY him.

Other people just wanna cook up their own big belief pot of stew according to their 👉👉own👈👈 sinful disobedient taste.

Then, at the very last, they sprinkle in a little scripture and mix it all up just like the Pharisee and legalist’s do in their cookbook. But wait, weren’t they the ones Jesus exposed for their hypocrisy and disobedience⁉️

At the end, they responded by crucifying Jesus just like their predecessors killed off the Prophets of old‼️‼️😡
