Sunday Churches MISSING KEY POINT Regarding the Sabbath (1)

SUNDAY CHURCHES ARE MISSING THIS KEY POINT OF FAITH REGARDING THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH - THE SIGN OF FAITH IN GOD'S COMPLETE AND PERFECT SANCTIFICATION
I had have so many discussions concerning the 7th day Sabbath with Sunday keeping (or no day keeping) Christians, and it always ends up in a discussion about the law, with them stating ... "we are no longer under the law, you are be trying to be saved by works", and they completely miss the key point of FAITH regarding the seventh day Sabbath. So what is this key point miss? Let's take a look:
Genesis 2:1-3
Just stop and think about this for a moment. The only place we get the 7 day weekly cycle from is the creation account in the Bible. So your Creator; your GOD, set up the 7th day weekly cycle and did something with the seventh day. He "blessed and sanctified it". He made the 7th day a HOLY day. So your GOD is telling you ... "I have made the 7th day of the week HOLY." Now if God told you that face to face, what would you think? Would you say, "nah, that doesn't matter!"? Or would you say, "Okay Lord, you have made it holy so I will tread it as holy."? Well, your Creator and God HAS told you just that through His Word.
Just take that for a moment. Your Creator and your God had told you that He has made only specific day of the week HOLY TIME. And who is your creator? Is it not Jesus Christ, the Son of God? Is He not the one who set aside the 7th day to be holy time? Remember what Jesus said?
Mark 2:27-28
This verse is very interesting and yet so many Christians miss the beauty and truth of these words of Christ. From strange reason, Christians use this verse against Sabbath keeping, just because Jesus said that man wasn't made for the Sabbath. Yes, that's right! Man was NOT made for the Sabbath - the Sabbath was MADE FOR MAN. So just take that in for a moment. The Lord made the Sabbath FOR YOU. He made a specific day - the 7th day - as a holy day in which you can receive a blessing. So are you now going to turn around and say ... "thanks Lord, but I don't need or want your gift". If so, you are going to miss out on a great blessing - one that may even cost you life itself!
Please understand this. What attribute does God have? He is Holy right? (Isaiah 6:3). And what makes anything else holy? It is the PRESENCE of our HOLY GOD. (Exodus 3:5). It was only the presence of God that made the ground where Moses stood holy. So what do you think makes the 7th day Sabbath holy? It is the very sanctifying presence of God! Yes, God sends His Spirit and angels to help and guide us other day too. BUT NO OTHER DAY HAS THE SPECIAL SANCTIFYING PRESENCE OF GOD LIKE THE SEVENTH DAY OF THE WEEK. Which is why Jesus said that He is also "LORD of the Sabbath". The other six days were merely the days that the Lord created all things on - work days. But the 7th day is a day all by itself, in that it was SET APART for holy use and fellowship with the Lord. Again, which is why Jesus never said He was Lord of any other day, but the Sabbath!
So, God sanctifies the 7th day of the week with His presence. What else does God want to sanctify? YOU and I. But how can God sanctify us fully when we refuse to meet with Him on the specific day He made holy for that sanctification work to be complete.

Sabbath Saturday Sunday
It is often claimed that “God instituted the Sabbath in Eden” because of the connection between the Sabbath and creation in Exodus 20:11. Although God’s rest on the seventh day (Genesis 2:3) did foreshadow a future Sabbath law, there is no biblical record of the Sabbath before the children of Israel left the land of Egypt. Nowhere in Scripture is there any hint that Sabbath-keeping was practiced from Adam to Moses.
The Word of God makes it quite clear that Sabbath observance was a special sign between God and Israel: “The Israelites are to observe the Sabbath, celebrating it for the generations to come as a lasting covenant. It will be a sign between me and the Israelites forever, for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he abstained from work and rested” (Exodus 31:16–17).
In Deuteronomy 5, Moses restates the Ten Commandments to the next generation of Israelites. Here, after commanding Sabbath observance in verses 12–14, Moses gives the reason the Sabbath was given to the nation Israel: “Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and that the Lord your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day” (Deuteronomy 5:15).
God’s intent for giving the Sabbath to Israel was not that they would remember creation, but that they would remember their Egyptian slavery and the Lord’s deliverance. Note the requirements for Sabbath-keeping: A person placed under that Sabbath law could not leave his home on the Sabbath (Exodus 16:29), he could not build a fire (Exodus 35:3), and he could not cause anyone else to work (Deuteronomy 5:14). A person breaking the Sabbath law was to be put to death (Exodus 31:15; Numbers 15:32–35).
An examination of New Testament passages shows us four important points: 1) Whenever Christ appears in His resurrected form and the day is mentioned, it is always the first day of the week (Matthew 28:1, 9, 10; Mark 16:9; Luke 24:1, 13, 15; John 20:19, 26). 2) The only times the Sabbath is mentioned from Acts through Revelation, the occasion is Jewish evangelism, and the setting is usually a synagogue (Acts chapters 13–18). Paul wrote, “To the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews” (1 Corinthians 9:20). Paul did not go to the synagogue to fellowship with and edify the saints, but to convict and save the lost. 3) After Paul states, “From now on I will go to the Gentiles” (Acts 18:6), the Sabbath is never again mentioned. And 4) Instead of suggesting adherence to the Sabbath day, the remainder of the New Testament implies the opposite (including the one exception to point 3, above, found in Colossians 2:16).
Looking more closely at point 4 above will reveal that there is no obligation for the New Testament believer to keep the Sabbath, and will also show that the idea of a Sunday “Christian Sabbath” is also unscriptural. As discussed above, there is one time the Sabbath is mentioned after Paul began to focus on the Gentiles, “Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ” (Colossians 2:16–17). The Jewish Sabbath was abolished at the cross where Christ “canceled the written code, with its regulations” (Colossians 2:14).
This idea is repeated more than once in the New Testament: “One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. He who regards one day as special, does so to the Lord” (Romans 14:5–6a). “But now that you know God — or rather are known by God — how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? You are observing special days and months and seasons and years” (Galatians 4:9–10).
But some claim that a mandate by Constantine in A.D. 321 “changed” the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. On what day did the early church meet for worship? Scripture never mentions any Sabbath (Saturday) gatherings by believers for fellowship or worship. However, there are clear passages that mention the first day of the week. For instance, Acts 20:7 states that “on the first day of the week we came together to break bread.” In 1 Corinthians 16:2 Paul urges the Corinthian believers “on the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income.” Since Paul designates this offering as “service” in 2 Corinthians 9:12, this collection must have been linked with the Sunday worship service of the Christian assembly. Historically Sunday, not Saturday, was the normal meeting day for Christians in the church, and its practice dates back to the first century.
The Sabbath was given to Israel, not the church. The Sabbath is still Saturday, not Sunday, and has never been changed. But the Sabbath is part of the Old Testament Law, and Christians are free from the bondage of the Law (Galatians 4:1-26; Romans 6:14). Sabbath keeping is not required of the Christian—be it Saturday or Sunday. The first day of the week, Sunday, the Lord’s Day (Revelation 1:10) celebrates the New Creation, with Christ as our resurrected Head. We are not obligated to follow the Mosaic Sabbath—resting, but are now free to follow the risen Christ—serving. The Apostle Paul said that each individual Christian should decide whether to observe a Sabbath rest, “One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind” (Romans 14:5). We are to worship God every day, not just on Saturday or Sunday.

WOW WOW WOWSA! What a wonderful convincing post about the GLORIOUS HOLY, SANCTIFIED and RESTFUL 7TH DAY SABBATH from CREATION and its ENDING of the week! Thank you for posting TRUTH!
But note that mooncakes posts the same old boring copy and paste that contradicts itself hilariously over and over again!!! LOL!
For it even ADMITS and those authors will be held accountable come judgment DAY when they wrote - 'The Word of God makes it quite clear that Sabbath observance was a special sign between God and Israel: “The Israelites are to observe the Sabbath, celebrating it for the generations to come as a lasting covenant. It will be a sign between me and the Israelites forever, for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he abstained from work and rested” (Exodus 31:16–17).' AMEN!!!
So they say ONLY Israelites are to observe the Sabbath, right Pipiripi??? So was Abraham a 'Israelite' ??? NOPE! Sooooooooo what Torah Law did he keep then and he was the father of all nations??? Right?
Genesis 26:5 - 'Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws."
Looks like all the SUNday keepers are running out of excuses Pipiripi, claiming this 7th Day Sabbath commandment is just for 'Israelites' and that nation according to the CULTISH article that mooncakes keeps posting OVER AND OVER AGAIN and with all its excuses??? Ooops!

Is Constantine above God? Does Constantine has authority above the Creator? Did Constantine after his dead, are blessing you? Just say yes. Because your true trinity is Constantine your (god holy spirit), the pope your (Jesus Christ on earth), and Satan your (god). This is the true meaning of yours trinity god. Yes! They are three in one.
That's why your Jesus on earth (Pope Francis) has united you all trinitarians and all Sunday keepers, and the whole Christian denominations at his side, called: "the ecumenical movement"
Exactly how the book of Revelation and Daniel has prophesied. This is yours reward! 2 Thessalonians 2:8-12!! TAKE IT!!

Yes my brother, they cannot understand the scripture, even if they read it a thousand times.
I think that they never saw Isaiah 56:1-8!! I hope that the other Christians here with an open mind to trust only in the Bible, and read what the Bible teach.
John 17 is one of the greatest examples for them today. We are following only what Jesus command of. Jesus told us to listen to His Apostles.
Now I'm going to prepare for you to see why we are different, because we are not following man's teachings. I see you later my brother.

Yeah I knew constipated constantine was the very first poop, I mean pope but I did not know about the poop francis getting such a powerful DEATH grip on all trinitarians and all Sunday keepers, as a whole, called: "the ecumenical movement"??? Thanks for the heads up about the coming 'mark of the beast' in control of the masses of >>>protest<<<- ants! By the way just what are they PROTESTING today???
Oooh and littledavid is not going to be happy with you posting anything like verses 8 and 10 in 2 Thess. chapter 2, because he has always told us that those verses are mistranslations because they CLEARLY tell us 'the WICKED are destroyed by the brightness of Messiah Yah'shua second coming' (and no 'secret rapture' thingy!) found in verse 8 >>>AND<<< also in verse 10 when Paul writes - with all deceivableness of UNRIGHTEOUSNESS (Torah Law breakers!) in them that PERISH (do not exist anymore!) which is not true says littledavid because the WICKED Torah Law breakers get 'eternal life' (eat of the tree of life!) in the lake of fire made one day!
So stop posting verses that convict littledavid on his false doctrine of 'eternal torment' he claims even though you WILL NEVER FIND THOSE TWO WORDS TOGETHER IN THE BIBLE!
