Bible doesn't teach Sinless perfection

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

1John 1:9-10

Dear readers and friends! Moon sure does get confused on Bible CONTEXT, doesn't she. Moon does not think the Bible is written for both continual sinners (UNRIGHTEOUS) reading it for the first time AND BORN AGAIN saints (RIGHTEOUS) that have the POWER of YHWH to live a PERFECT life IN IN IN Christ, as He lived by His Father's POWER when he dwelled in the 'likeness of sinful flesh' YET CHOSE to not be a sinner as an example to us! Moon claims the RIGHTOUSNESS of Christ ONLY (typical todays 'christian' indoctrination) but DENIES the POWER from heaven after being born again to live like Him!

Moon posts a verse for the UNRIGHTEOUS - 1 John 1:9-10 'If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.'

But soon forgets to post one for the RIGHTEOUS - 1 John 5:18 'We know that >>>whosoever is born of God sinneth not;<<< but he that is >>>begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one (satan) toucheth him not.<<<

Strangely Moon thinks the Bible has contradictions in her confusion of saints verses the wicked, claiming one verse says if we don't keep on sinning, then we make Him out to be a liar and His word is not in us, verses John also says 'whosoever is born of God sinneth not'??? When you read Moon's past posts, you will find that she is the one that actually keeps LYING in saying that Christ is now our Sabbath rest everyday and we don't need to rest one day each week but rest everyday and do no work??? No wonder then Moon thinks everyone else is sinning always because she does every week when she breaks the Sabbath!

Moon does not want to tap into that GLORIOUS POWER from heaven to keep her from falling back into sin, so she encourages others to keep on sinning like pink energizer bunnies!

Jude 1:24 'Now unto Him that is >>>able to keep you from falling (sinning), and to present you faultless (sinless)<<< before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,' 25. 'To the only wise YHWH our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and >>>POWER, both now and ever.<<< Amen.'

So what have we learned here in this thread so far from Moon? That 'in all' of her 'getting, (she needs to herself) get an understanding of the Scripture' AND AND AND 'Seek (The Father's set apart) Holy Spirit (for) guidance' in the truth of Scripture!

some of the membership benefits when you join the flat earth society are as follows

20% off all cans of Fix-A-Flat

20% off all flatbread

high quality medical care low premiums with living on the edge insurance company ( just in case you do take the plunge into outer space ) " @ living on the edge the only thing you have to fear is SPHERE itself "

and of course last but not least sinless perfection guaranteed

Or is it?

Romans 7 (15-19) Paul describes his sense of helplessness

For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good. But now, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice.

for what I am doing, I do not understand: Paul’s problem isn’t a lack of desire – he wants to do what is right (what I will to do, that I do not practice). His problem isn’t knowledge – he knows what the right thing is.........

The law says: “Here are the rules and you had better keep them.” But it gives us no power for keeping the law.

It is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me: Is Paul denying his responsibility as a sinner? No. He recognizes that as he sins, he acts against his nature as a new man in Jesus Christ. A Christian must own up to his sin, yet realize that the impulse to sin does not come from who we really are in Jesus Christ

To be saved from sin, a man must at the same time own it and disown it; it is this practical paradox which is reflected in this verse. A true saint may say it in a moment of passion, but a sinner had better not make it a principle.” (Wuest)

otherwise i guess when you become a member of the flat Earth society your composite physical nature as well as spiritual nature exceeds that of the apostle Paul ........... translation sinless perfectionist kryptonite sin proof superman

Flat Earth TeddyBug if you’re perfect in Christ then stop lying about everyone on the forum who disagrees with you. People who are “perfect” in Christ don’t lie about other people like you keep doing.

Revelation 21:8 ESV / 44 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

1 Corinthians 6:1 “...nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:10

New International Version

nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

New Living Translation

or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.

English Standard Version

nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Berean Study Bible

nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

Berean Literal Bible

nor thieves, nor coveters, not drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

King James Bible

Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Note friends how rsvp the false teacher makes the assumption that Paul would turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), turn toward sin, repent (turn away), WHEW!!!! Until the cows come home and even when they do PAUL will go on turning toward sinning some more and repenting (turning away from) some more again and again and again, JUST like a pink energizer bunny that keeps going and going and going!!!

rsvp writes - Romans 7 (15-19) 'Paul describes his sense of helplessness'

rsvp states that there is a contradiction to what Paul writes in Romans to that of what he wrote to the Ephesians??? Is that true friends?

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were >>>dead in trespasses and sins;<<<

2 Wherein >>>in time past ye walked according to the course of this world,<<< according to the prince of the power of the air (satan), the spirit (devil) that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation >>>in times past<<< in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Ooops to the false doctrine teacher rsvp, that according to Paul, born again (all things new) saints in times PAST (when they were NOT saints) use to sin like the world and followed the devil daily! Old past NON saints (wicked ) use to have 'conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh' BUT are no longer!

That old wicked teacher rsvp, sure does know how to take Paul out of context, correct???

You ever notice how David ignorantly posts some verse to make his point about another subject, ONLY to expose his OTHER false doctrine on another subject like his CULTISH doctrine of 'eternal torment' he claims sinner get eternal life in a fire!? Yup that's right dear reader, that is what he teaches that YHWH the Father is worse than hitler because even hitler even put his subjects to death! Correct?

David posts - Revelation 21:8 ESV / 44 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be >>>in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.<<<”

Clearly here the Bible says they get DEATH (not life) in that 'lake that burns with fire and sulfur' but David the CULT teacher teaches they actually get eternal life in a fire??? SAY WHAT???

Just ANOTHER false doctrine proven false!

It's all Greek to me! sinless perfectionist fix a flat teddy now please pay careful close attention

Whoever is born of God does not sin: In the battle against sin, it is all-essential that we keep our minds set on who we are in Jesus Christ. If we are born of Him, we then have the resources to be free from habitual sin.

John is repeating his idea from 1 John 3:6: Whoever abides in Him does not sin. The grammar in the original language makes it plain John is speaking of a settled, continued lifestyle of sin. John has clearly said that believers do sin 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. .... , he must mean here that no genuine child of God lives in a state of sin

John is not teaching here the possibility of sinless perfection. As Stott says, “The present tense in the Greek verb implied habit, continuity, unbroken sequence.”

◄ 264. hamartanó ►

Strong's Concordance

hamartanó: to miss the mark, do wrong, sin

Original Word: ἁμαρτάνω

Part of Speech: Verb

Transliteration: hamartanó

Phonetic Spelling: (ham-ar-tan'-o)

Definition: to miss the mark, do wrong, sin

Usage: originally: I miss the mark, hence (a) I make a mistake, (b) I sin, commit a sin (against God); sometimes the idea of sinning against a fellow-creature is present
