Spiritual maturity is achieved through becoming more like Jesus Christ. After salvation, every Christian begins the process of spiritual growth, with the intent to become spiritually mature. According to the apostle Paul, it’s an ongoing process that will never end in this life.

in Philippians 3:12–14, speaking of full knowledge of Christ, he tells his readers that he himself has not “already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Like Paul, we have to press continually toward deeper knowledge of God in Christ

The lessons of God are hidden, and the unstable cant see them or repent.

So we must let the Lord speak for us, not ourselves:

2 Corinthians 10:18 For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.

Here Paul lets the Lord speak for us, as man as be perfect..

Philippians 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

The sinless perfectionism heretic Adam lies (sins) about those who confess sin in obedience to God’s word.

False teacher Adam accuses those turn from sin and who confess sin of thinking sin is ok

ohn 8:34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Romans 6:7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

Romans 6:20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

David is a mocker, or mocking himself ?

Do you read those verses as free to sin?

Or free from sin ?

Proverbs 14:9 Fools mock at making amends for sin, but goodwill is found among the upright.

not forsaking sins is not confessing them, confessing and forsaking is being free from sin:

Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Once again the lying Adam has not forsaken his lies each time accuses Christians of not forsaking their sin and he refers to God as a liar because God says “whoever claims to be without sin makes God a liar

Not forsaking sins is not confessing them.

Confessing and forsaking sin, is being free from sin:

Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Do the verses somehow say free to sin in anyone's eyes or they say free FROM sin ...

John 8:34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

Being made free from sin, not free to sin, is confessing and forsaking sin, to be in the light as Christ ( without sin ) to be cleaned from all unrighteousness to be of righteousness, TREES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS...

1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

Philippians 3:15 doesn't negate the previous verses nor does it declare that the Philippians have reached a state of perfection
