Does it seem right, to laugh and enjoy, or go through Gods purpose instead, for God to sanctify us wholly, and our whole spirit and soul be blameless till the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ through the sufferings of Christ upon us and the chastening of the almighty to break us and correct us..

Speaking of that funny prosperity enjoying gospel, they are the ungodly who prosper in the world, but chastening comes on others every morning, plagued all day long ( in long suffering) because those wicked are set in slippery places, surely they will weep one day ?
