Malachi 3:8-12

=============

Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of hosts.

AMEN

Many self called pastors and or church leaders will use the scripture to beat and beret the people into giving money.

These charlatans are robbers and theives as they want large salaries, paid housing, paid vacations, and medical benefits, while there are those that cannot afford to pay their own bill.

These charlatans are HIRELINGS, these have no care or concern for the sheeple (ba ba ba humbug ).

Messiah has nothing good to say about the crooks, theives and robber barons.

Matthew 10 verses 5 -10

5 These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: “Do not go onto the road of the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans.

6 Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel.

7 As you go, preach this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’

8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers,c drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

9 Do not carry any gold or silver or copper in your belts.

10 Take no bag for the road, or second tunic, or sandals, or staff; for the worker is worthy of his provisions.

2 Peter verses 1 - 3

1 Now there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves.

2 Many will follow in their depravity, and because of them the way of truth will be defamed.

3 In their greed, these false teachers will exploit you with deceptive words. The longstanding verdict against them remains in force, and their destruction does not sleep.

We are to give to God with a cheerful heart ! That's biblical.

Tithe was under the law ! Old testament.

We are under Grace . New testament.

Yes I do believe in giving to the Work of God !

2Corinthians 9:7. nasb

Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

The only one worthy of mentioning the tithe in the New Testament was Jesus who was still living under the law of Moses.

New Testament Believers, rather, are encouraged to give outa pure love, not law. They give out of joy for the glory God and outa concern for the people God loves.

Since love wins over legalism (the tithe) and genuinely cares for the poor and about missionary work, it gives willingly without being coerced by a law or by being held to a rigid legal standard.

The New Testament saints are never commanded to tithe but to “give out of joy” and “as they prosper”.

In fact, Paul had to ask one church to stop giving so much because these believers were eager and so overwhelmed with love for Paul and his ministry they just kept on giving!! Today, as always, we must be on the alert for charlatans asking for our support.

I try to check missionaries out to make sure they’re not vacationing in other lands while ignoring their ministry.

But thankfully, there are Many great missionaries out there doing a great job and who take their ministry seriously

Something goes for preachers.

Usually a preacher who delivers dead lifeless sermons every Sunday is probably a preacher who is really on vacation because he’s to lazy to prepare a living sermon for a living God.

Real preaching takes hard work and prayer and DILIGENT study

Some preachers think they are doing God’s will by preaching salvation messages to their congregations every Sunday!!

Silly preachers, why is your congregation so unsaved???? You should be >>evangelizing<< the unsaved wherever you find them. The gathering together of the saints is rather for teaching and instruction about holiness for those already saved so they can live according to the will of God.

I wonder if preachers who continually preach salvation messages to the same congregation Sunday after Sunday are lazy copy paste-tors not pastors too lazy to study deep. Besides that, these preachers probably ignore evangelizing the unsaved and outa guilt they just preach salvation to their congregation—like preaching to the choir.

But then there are other preachers like Kenneth Copeland and company who deliver some pretty lively sermons but void of biblical truth and content.

This kind of preacher is worse than the dead beat because the lively performance preacher deceives more people.

For example, Kenneth Copeland, whose sermons are easily assembled and easy to deliver are all void of content and truth but chalk full of deceit.

Nevertheless, brother Kenny has had an extensive life of vacation all the while raking in tons of vacation money curtesy of his gullible flock.

Moon,

You posted this nonsense.

Quiznos your scripture is irrelevant to the Topic.

Moon, the scripture i posted is very necessary, as people are being conned into giving money for what is called ' The ministry '.

THE MINISTRY, a word used and abused by self proclaiming pastors, church leaders and others wanting money.

These people claim to be in the MINISTRY, which most people do not know just means TO SERVE, which EVERY believer is to be doing.

How is EVERY believer to SERVE, Matthew 28 verses 18 -20, everyone can meet the needs of others, and each is to Love their neughbor as themself.

Because of the ignorance of the people the self proclaiming pastor, so called church leaders exploit the sheeple to their own destruction.
