God Set Eternity in the Heart of Man
Ecclesiastes 3 verses 11
11He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
"Forever vs Eternity" is a mixed up mess because of English translation. It depends on the actual original word used in the actual original language and then the added context. Most often these words are not meaning 'time without end', but rather to the 'end of the age', or 'a very long time'.

My husband and I are doing a daily morning bible study in the book of Acts and The Way is often mentioned.
Way" is used to suggest a course or path, a way of life that is definable and distinguishable.
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the>>> way<<<, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the >>>way<<<, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it" (Matt. 7: 13, 14).
There are many alleged roads or ways to heaven, but they in reality lead to hell (Prov. 14: 12, Matt. 7: 13, 14,). There are also many man-made roadblocks, detours, and barricades put in place by man.
The Book of Acts is the fulfillment of Isaiah's prophecy, as the new age, "The Way," was introduced in Acts chapter two. Knowledge of "the way" grew until it was said, "…verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world" (Rom. 10: 18).

The phrase "The Way" is older than the Book of Acts. The phrase "The Way" existed before Jesus said the words in the Gospels. The phrase "The Way" comes straight out of Judaism, it comes from the Tanach.
A person doesn't believe the way, a person walks in the way.

And so if you teach that all of God's **FAITHFUL** saints are not **CALLED ** and **CHOSEN** by God you are committing an **UNPARDONABLE SIN** as per Revelation 22:18,19 above. Good works by God's **CALLED** and **CHOSEN** saints are not done to earn their salvation as Khutzpah and Quiznos teach; but are done by God's **CHOSEN** saints because of countless **ETERNAL REWARDS** for faithfdul and loving service.

The New Jerusaem is described in Revelation 21:9 to Revelation 22:5. The New Jerusalem will be 12,000 stadia long, high and wide as per Revelation 21:16. A stadia is 606 feet long which is the exact same length as the ancient Greek stadium. 606 feet times 12,000 equals 7,272,000 feet which is 1377 miles plus 1,440 feet. A mile is exactly 5,280 feet. {1377 times 5,280 feet equal 7,270,560 feet.} And so the New Jerusalem will be exactly 1377 miles plus 1,440 feet long, wide and high!!

There are some who teach that our ETERNAL HOME THE NEW JERUSALEM WITH ITS NEW HEAVEN AND NEW EARTH IS JUST SYMBOLIC and will not take place in the future. This would include the Preterists who believe in an earthly Kingdom and that all the future prophecies in the book of Revelation and in the Olivet teaching of Jesus in Matthew 24,25, Mark 13 and Luke 21 were totally completed in AD 70.
Did you know that Martin Luther did not believe that the books of James and Revelation were not part of God's Word?? And John Calvin wrote his famous institutes of God's Word which included every book in our present Bible and **DID NOT INCLUDE THE BOOK OF REVELATION.??? Presently the Roman Catholic, Lutheran and Calvinistic churches claim that Revelation is part of God's Word.
However, most Lutheran and Calvinistic Churches such as the Christian Reformed, the Protestant Reformed and Orthodox Presbyterian churches have a completely symbolic view of Revelation and rarely even mention the words of Revelation in any of their sermons. And the Roman Catholic church only believe in a future Earthly Kingdom which will be ruled by Roman Catholic Popes.
"Quiznos" states Forever vs Eternity, what is the difference between the two words?
In mans modern day interpretation could mean many meanings between the two words! But in the Bible they mean what they mean according to context of the subject. Like an example of judgment of sin, unrighteousness, they both mean the same. Forever death and Eternity in death. The opposite of unrighteousness is righteousness and that is Forever life and Eternity in life.
You gave an example in -
Genesis 3:22 "And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:"
So because of Adam and Eve's unrighteousness, breaking Yahuwah's Law of eating of the tree of good and evil they were subjected too two deaths, one temporary of old age, accident, disease etc and one death come judgment day of eternal death all because of sin. Forever death and Eternity in death! So they were no longer able to eat from the tree of life, started aging at that point, subject to certain death someday. But the important eternal death, the second death is the only one they could do something about and they needed a perfect, sin free human to take their place of eternal death come judgment day!
Of course we know who the substitute mortal human was that took the place of sinful mankind and He was perfect, sin free, which of course is the Messiah! An animal was killed (but they did not eat them) for the first time because of sin and represented the penalty of sin which is death (not eternal life in a fire come judgment day) and the animal skins were used to cover their sin/shame! All those animal sacrifices never gave forgiveness of sin but pointed forward to the one perfect sacrifice, a man who in one day that would take away the sins of all mankind on to Him!
So I'm not seeing your example of a difference between the two words "Forever vs Eternity" Quiznos. Nor the point you are trying to make here in Genesis 3 verses 21 - 24???

Then "Quiznos" goes on to state - "I see Forever as being stuck in physical time, whereas Eternity is outside of time."
And you could of just as well said - I see Eternity as being stuck in physical time, whereas Forever is outside of time, and what difference would that make in comparison of the two words "Eternity vs Forever" Quiznos?
