In today's age of information and access to Biblical texts, it is sad to see so many choose to to remain simple cultists rather than search out a real living relationship with the real living God as others before us as recorded in the Scriptures.
Who are you to say your way to be a Christian is the only right way. And if others don't do it your way that you have the right to act unchristian by twisting their words, lying and harassing them?

Thank you Morgan but naming the names of false teachers is exactly what Paul did.
Jesus also confronted false teachers publicly because false teachers publicly spread their false teaching.
Prophets of old also confronted false prophets publicly.
This is important because false teachers spread their false teaching publicly. Their deadly poison spreads, infecting many, just like a deadly infection spreads through the body.
See 2 Timothy 2:17-18
Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18 who have departed from the truth. They say that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some.
False teachers are worse than gangrenous infections because false teaching destroys faith in weaker ungrounded people and may send some to hell whereas gangrene kills only the body.
