@prophetic, you err because you do not divide Scripture correctly. Yes, some words in the Bible are in fact reported to be from God. They are usually identified by "Thus says the LORD" or perhaps an angel delivering a message, such as parts of Revelation.
However you think just because it is written in the Bible that it is automatically "THE WORD OF GOD!". How is Paul writing a letter to Timothy reminding him to bring the coat he left at Troas, the WORD OF GOD?

Chuckles wanted to know if 2 Timothy 4:13 which mentioned Paul's cloak was the Word of God??
We know that Paul was martyred by order of Nero Caesar in December of AD 66 which would be in the winter. We know from the introduction in the NIV to 2 Timothy that he wrote his last inspired book of God's Word from Rome where he was held prisoner.
2 Timothy 4;6,7,13,21: I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness.... When you come, bring the **CLOAK** that I left with Carpus at Troas, and my scrolls, especially the parchments... Do your best to get here before **WINTER** {With my cloak}
So apparently Paul wrote 2 Timothy around November AD 66 just before winter so he needed his cloak in prison to keep warm in his last last few days.
