Bible Trivia - Genesis EditionPosted : 20 Jan, 2020 11:13 AMThe first prophet Abraham (Ephraim/Ibrahim) is believed by some to be the same as Brahma. Mahesha is the other part of the Hindu trinity who is also referred to as Ishwara, Isha. The name Mahesh bears striking resemblance to Moshe (Moses/Musa). The Hindu practise of deifying individuals might have brought about the Hindu trinity. |

Bible Trivia - Genesis EditionPosted : 20 Jan, 2020 01:00 PMThe word **BEARD** is mentioned exactly **17** times in the Old Testament. **16** times the Hebrew word **ZAKAN** is used which is always translated **BEARD**. One time the Hebrew word **MARAT** is used and translated **BEARD** in Isaiah 50:6 which is a prophecy **POSSIBLY** concerning the Lord Jesus The Hebrew word **MARAT** is used exactly 14 times in the Old Testament. However, for some strange reason it is only translated **BEARD** **ONE TIME** in Isaiah 50:6 by most translations. The Hebrew word **MARAT** is also translated **PULLED OUT HAIR** so it could also be **PULLED OUT HAIR** from one's **HEAD** |
