Repent from your sins and receive the Holy Spirit now.
Sin leads to death, receive the Power of the Holy Spirit and overcome your sins. Not one, but all. Ask the Lord to reveal your unseen sins. Always be ready to learn and improve.
The Divine Scripture I quoted in my Bible study clearly shows how one of God's chosen saints is saved. Upon hearing the Divine Words of God the Father gives him the **FREE GIFT OF FAITH** in the Divine Blood of Jesus to make Atonement for his sins. Then the Born from above saint is baptized with the **HOLY SPIRIT** by Jesus so that he can understand God's Word which clearly shows him how to gain countless eternal heavenly rewards for faithful and loving service.
Then GNWS who must be absolutely **BLIND** quotes:
Richard, this is not the Gospel as recording in the Scriptures. No wonder you act like you do, there is no **HOLY SPIRIT** with what you believe.
gracenotworkssaves also believes that there are numerous terrible errors in all the Bible translations and he knows how to correct these errors even though he has had no Greek language training.
I have posted about 40 different Bible studies on this forum and have committed the terrible sin of posting many Scriptures without first asking GMWS if there is a terrible error in that particular Scripture since he is the only Divine Bible Translator on this forum.
However, I hope GNWS can find it in his heart to forgive those who believe he is just another False Prophet guilty of the terrible sin of **QUACKERY**. Actually **QUACKERY** is such an evil sin that there are no words in any language that can even begin to describe it!!
I Peter 1:23-25: You have been **BORN AGAIN THROUGH THE LIVING AND ENDURING **WORD OF GOD**!! All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field, the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the **WORD OF THE LORD STANDS FOREVER**. And this is the **WORD** that was preached to you.
2 Timothy 3:15,16: 4:1,2: You have known the **HOLY SCRIPTURES**, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. **ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED** and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of His appearing and His kingdom, I give you this charge: **PREACH THE WORD**!! {**WHICH IS THE ENTIRE NEW COVENANT AND NEW TESTAMENT**!!} Be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people {Like GNWS} will not put up with sound doctrine!
Hebrews 4:14-16: Since we have a High Priest who has ascended into heaven. Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have One who has been **TEMPTED** in every way, just as we are--yet without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need!!
Hebrews 2:18: Because He Himself suffered when He was **TEMPTED**, He is able to help those who are being **TEMPTED**!!
James 1:13-15: When **TEMPTED**, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone, but each person is **TEMPTED** when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin!
I Corinthians 10:13: No **TEMPTATION** has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful, He will not allow you to be **TEMPTED** beyond what you can bear. But when you are **TEMPTED**, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it!
**HOWEVER, WE ARE COMMANDED TO WALK AS JESUS WALKED {SEE I JOHN 2:6} AND TO BE HOLY AS GOD IS HOLY, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE, AND SO WE SIN DAILY. AND WE SHOULD **DAILY** ASK GOD TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND PURIFY US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS**!!
I John 2:6: Whoever claims to live in Him **MUST** live as Jesus did!!
John 15:12: Jesus says, "My command is this: Love each other **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**!"
I John 1:8-10: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned we make Him out to be a liar and His Word is not in us!
Luke 11:1-4: The **DISCIPLES** asked Jesus, "Lord teach as to pray." Jesus replied **TO HIS DISCIPLES**, "When you pray, say: '**FATHER**, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our **DAILY** bread. **FORGIVE US OUR SINS**, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us!'"
**IF WE DO NOT ASK THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND REPENT OF OUR SINS GOD WILL DISCIPLINE US**
Revelation 3:19: Jesus says, "Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline, so be earnest and repent!!"
Hebrews 12:5-11: Do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He chastens **EVERYONE** He accepts as a son! Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as His children. For what children are not disciplined by their father? If you are not disciplined--and everyone undergoes discipline--then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live! They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in His holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it!
John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 1 John 2:3-4
Apostle Paul:
15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
He tells the saints to sin not. He says the exact thing John said in 1 John 2:1
Apostle Peter:
2:14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 2 Peter 2:14
Peter mentions those who cannot cease from sin in quite a negative light! If he reproves souls who cannot stop sinning he must have believed they COULD STOP SINNING!
So friends it seems all the apostles taught we could walk without sin.
One more example from Johns writings:
2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
1 John 2:5-6
So in conclusion when John says "if we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us" he is focusing on those WHO ACTUALLY DO have sin in their lives and instead of confessing it are holding on to it.
**THE SATANIC TEACHING OF SINLESS PERFECTION BEFORE WE GET TO HEAVEN**
2 Timothy 3:15,16: 4:1,2: You have known the **HOLY SCRIPTURES**, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. **ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED** and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of His appearing and His kingdom, I give you this charge: **PREACH THE WORD**!! {**WHICH IS THE ENTIRE NEW COVENANT AND NEW TESTAMENT**!!} be prepared in season and out of season, correct. rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn from the truth and turn aside to myths. {Like **SINLESS PERFECTION THE MOMENT WE ARE SAVED**}
Matthew 18:10-14: Jesus said, “Two men went up to the temple to **PRAY**, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee {Like Adam7777} stood up and **PRAYED** about himself: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other men—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.' But the tax collector stood at a distance, He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, '**GOD, HAVE MERCY ON ME, A SINNER**'!!.'"I tell you that this man rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted!”
Matthew 4:4: Jesus says, "Man does not live on bread alone, but on **EVERY WORD FROM THE MOUTH OF GOD**!"
I John 1:6: Whoever claims to live in Him **MUST** LIVE AS JESUS DID**!!
John 15:12: Jesus says, "**MY COMMAND** is this: Love each other **AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**!!"
Matthew 5:48: Jesus says, "Be perfect **AS YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS PERFECT**!!"
Every born from above saint will try to obey the above four New Covenant commands with all their heart. However, it is obvious that God's saints will fall short of completely obeying the above 4 commands of God!!!
Isaiah 55:8,9: God says, "My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts!!"
Mark 10:18: Jesus says, "No one is good--except God alone!!"
John 12:48: Jesus says, "There is a Judge for the one who does not accept My words. The very words I have spoken will condemn them at the Last Day!"
Romans 7:14-20,25: The Apostle Paul says, "We know that the law is spiritual, but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do --**THIS I KEEP ON DOING**. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it!... So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin."
He who is born again does not **CONTINUALLY** sin, and is not a **HABITUAL** sinner as he was before he came to know Jesus. The born again believer has no urge to sin as he once did, because he was driven only by his fallen nature. He who is born again will not continue in, or like their sin. If anyone continually and habitually sins, and does not feel ill about it, it may prove that he has **NEVER** been spiritually renewed.
The closer we grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ, the more we will see our sinfulness. To claim that we are no longer a sinner in any fashion, and no longer sin, shows how far away we are from the Lord and His word. God's saints are not good all the time like God and are not **SINLESS** but they **SIN FAR LESS**. The man who claims any perfection except that perfection which we have in Christ, is a hypocrite. He is not sinless in the flesh, and simply lies if he says that he is. He is exactly like the Pharisees of old, who thought that they were sinless in the flesh also. Only when we are delivered from "this body of death," will we be delivered from sin completely.
The alleged "sinless perfection" that results from "sanctification" is a monstrous doctrine that plays right into the hands of Satan. Believing this doctrine, one man claimed, “Since I have been sanctified, every impulse or desire to sin has been completely erased from my heart!” This statement indicates a totally false sense of spiritual security and immunity to sin. Such a position makes repentance, confession, and the need of forgiveness of sins logically inapplicable, if not impossible.
I John 1:3-10: We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you may have fellowship with us... We write this to make **OUR JOY COMPLETE**. This is the message we have heard **FROM HIM** and declare to you: If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. **IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS**, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned we make Him out to be a liar and **HIS WORD IS NOT IN US**!
And so those who believe in **SINLESS PERFECTION** make **GOD A LIAR** and the **TRUTH IS NOT IN THEM**!!
Luke 11:1-4: The **DISCIPLES** asked Jesus, "Lord teach **US** to pray." Jesus replied **TO HIS DISCIPLES**, "When you pray, say: '**FATHER**, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our **DAILY** bread. **FORGIVE US OUR SINS**, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us!'"
I Corinthians 9:21; Paul says, "I am under **CHRIST'S LAW**!!"
Galatians 6:1-3: Is someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore him gently... Carry each others burdens, and in this way you fulfill the **LAW OF CHRIST**!!
Matthew 4:4: Jesus says, "Man shall live by **EVERY WORD** that comes from the mouth of God!"
James 5:16: **CONFESS YOUR SINS** to each other and pray for each other!!
Psalm 38:18: David said, "I **CONFESS MY SIN**; I am troubled by **MY SIN**!"{And yet God says that David is a man after my own heart as per Acts 13:22**} And Jesus says, "I am the Root and Offspring of David!" in Revelation 22:16!!}
Daniel 9:20: Daniel said, "While I was speaking and praying, **CONFESSING MY SIN**!"
some have claimed that the Apostle Peter never sinned after the coming of the Holy Spirit?? However:
Galatians 2:11-13: Paul was inspired to write, "When Cephas {Peter} came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because **HE STOOD CONDEMNED**. For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. The other Jews joined him in **HIS HYPOCRISY, so that by their hypocrisy even **BARNABAS WAS LED ASTRAY**!"
Revelation 3:19: Jesus says, "Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline, so be earnest and **REPENT**!!" {**OF YOUR SINS**!!}
Hebrews 12:5-11: Do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He chastens **EVERYONE** HE ACCEPTS AS A SON**!!! Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as His children. For what children are not disciplined by their father {FOR THEIR SINS**}? If you are not disciplined--and everyone undergoes discipline--**THEN YOU ARE NOT LEGITIMATE**, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us{FOR OUR SINS!} and we respected them for it.
Galatians 6:1: Brothers, if someone is caught in a sin, you who are spiritual should restore him gently. But watch yourself, or you may also be tempted. Carry each others burdens, and in this way you fulfill the law of Christ!!
I Peter 1:23-25: You have been **BORN FROM ABOVE**, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through **THROUGH THE LIVING AND ENDURING WORD OF GOD. For, all people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall but the **WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER** And this is the word that was preached to you!
He who claims he **NO LONGER SINNED** the moment he was saved completely disagrees with the above passages from the inspired Words of God. And since he believes he was completely perfect when he was saved there is no reason for him to want **ETERNAL HEAVENLY REWARDS** for faithful and loving service.
**HOWEVER, GOD'S WORD COMPLETELY DISAGREES WITH HIM**!!
Matthew 16:27: Jesus says, "For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father's glory with His angels and **THEN** He will **REWARD** each person according to what they have done!"
Matthew 5:11,12: Jesus says, “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your **REWARD** **IN HEAVEN**!”
I Corinthians 9:24-27: Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes in to strict training. They do it to get a **CROWN** that will not last; but we do it to get a **CROWN THAT WILL LAST FOREVER**! Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize!
Luke 11:33,34: Jesus says, "Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a **TREASURE** IN HEAVEN** that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your **TREASURE** is, there your **HEART** will be also!"
2 Corinthians 5:9,10: We make it our goal to please Him... for we must all appear before the Judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or ***BAD***.
Luke 18:19 and Mark 10:18; Jesus says, "No on is good except God alone!" Those who are born from above do many good works that will be **ETERNALLY REWARDED** but only God is good **ALL THE TIME**. The sins a believer does will also be deducted from their **ETERNAL REWARDS** especially if the believer does not repent and ask forgiveness for some of his sins that he knows are sins.
There are about 400 commandments in the New Covenant and a young believer will not know a lot of these 400 NT commands and James 4:17 says: If anyone knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them!!
There are some believers like the thief on the cross who will not have time to do many good works and may not receive any **ETERNAL REWARDS** even though they will be saved!
1 Corinthians 3:13-15: His work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man's work. If what he has built survives, he will receive his **REWARD**. If it is burned up he will suffer loss; **HE HIMSELF WILL BE SAVED**, but only as one escaping through the flames.
