I am looking at this in small situations, not worldwide. Many churches have members who disagree with the worship service, volunteer work, etc. Instead of talking things over to come to a full understanding , they talk behind backs, are rude, do not add to the body but detract from it. Somehow the preacher, elder or a real Christian in the body need to confront such a person. Find out WHY there is such dissent. Possibly the only way out is for the dissenter to leave the body.

Unity is a lofty Christian goal but it can only be achieved in true humility.
Too many people want to spread their false doctrines even if it means misusing and abusing scripture to do so.
