IF...Posted : 30 Jul, 2011 05:25 PMIF... You died today, this very moment... where would you spend your eternal life? Will it be in heaven in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ, beholding all of His beauty and glory? Or, will your eternal life be spent in hell burning eternally in the late of fire with Satan, and all those who have rejected the love of our Lord Jesus Christ in disobedience and His free gift of salvation? |

IF...Posted : 30 Jul, 2011 09:21 PMThere are many churches who believe that if the lost walks the sawdust trail and prays the sinner's prayer that this lost person will automatically be eternally saved. I believe that we should preach the Word which is the sword of the Spirit and let the Father decide who He wants to draw to Him. |

IF...Posted : 30 Jul, 2011 10:29 PMyeah, ok very good Richard... and you should also know that the gospel is for the saints and the sinner, doesn't matter who it was written to, as long as its applied... and when it comes to salvation the works of God, you should know that spiritual knowledge is powerful, and when you get spiritual knowledge, also get spiritual understanding of that knowledge, and seekign Gof for spiritual wisdom as to when and how to go about using that knowledge... as not to be a carnal hinderance or stumbling block in the things of God for someone who might be on the edge of being drawn to God through a simple prayer he/she may not have known how to pray... there is a time to speak and a time to keep silent. A time for all things under the sun... its wise to know the difference... Ecclesiastes chapter 3... |
