We were on par with our spiritual beliefs but when it came to God it differed. I have a relationship with God where he did not. It was nice to used as a tool to bring someone to whom i loving call Big G (God) and I'm excited about that, but it did make me realize how important it is to me for my partner to be full on Christian. Even now after we have been broke up for almost a year we are still good friends and she still offers it! Post Reply

When one's born again, they turn into a new and living creature. Why would a new living creature then seek out an old dead one. Suppose I started being turned on by dead folks... what would u say? This is how bad it is to seek out the unsaved. I'm not saying we should disrespect them or anything like that, but we're not similar creatures & our destinies are in different directions. This is why Israelites had to marry their own. So they could be automatically Godly as families. It's unintellingent that we'd be saved only to seek to bind our lives with someone who's headed for the fire or is an enemy to the gospel. Why struggle twice? People usually don't see the problem dating unbelievers when they're not strong christian themselves. If their spiritual eyes are closed, they can not understand battles & traps that lay ahead. This is such a serious situation, Holy Spirit said if u were already married when u got saved & they're willing to live with you, fine. But if they have a problem with your walk with Christ, the word says LET THEM GO!!!! Unfortunately when it comes to this situation, most ppl will rather compromise than keep with God.
