There’s one poor fellow who married a “Christian” woman who divorced him for whatever reason but she still refers to him as a “very nice man”‼️‼️ Ladies all over the world are looking for a very nice man but this particular “Christians” woman just divorced a “very nice man”‼️😬 One moral of the story: not everyone labeled as Christian is Christian ‼️‼️‼️ Post Reply

Except the Bible doesn't specifically say you can remarry after divorcing using that reason. I personally don't think the "unequally yoked" reason applies once you get married because marriage is covenant, a contract, a deal or a promise made to God. I don't think it matters whether you're Christian or not because marriage is God ordained. Post Reply

In marriage, we find how unequally yoked we really are. We find that Christians are often unequally yoked with other Christians. Such is our experience here on thess forums where we see night and day differences between Christians and night and day differences between men and women on these forums where some are forever supporting divorce and marriage after divorce and others forever speak against divorce and marriage after divorce. It seems that Christian women support divorce and marriage after divorce while the Christian men here oppose divorce and marriage after divorce. Christian women are quicker to divorce and are quicker to marry after divorce. What that repeatedly supports is Proverbs 31:10, Matthew 19:10, 1 Corinthians 7:1 and Ecclesiastes 7:28. What men don't get is Proverbs 31:12. The Christian men here seem less comfortable with divorce and the Christian women here seem more comfortable with divorce and marriage after divorce. Post Reply

Jesus said he came to 👉👉👉save sinners—NOT the “righteous”.👈👈👈 Obviously there are no righteous people who don’t need salvation in the sense. But there’s ALOT of people who think they are righteous‼️ AND Paul says that God is a God who 👉👉“…justifies the wicked…”👈👈‼️‼️ I don’t know about you but I depend on those words. Of course no one would or should insist that it’s ok to keep on sinning without repentance, like the Catholics do, as if God just kinda winks at a life of sin. All that matters, to some Catholics, is if you really need to sin just confess it to the priest before you do it. Sheeesh🥺 Post Reply

See Romans 7. When compared to the Holiness of God, a Christian even recognizes the sin in his own personal “goodness” (ie even his righteousness is like filthy rags)—the Bible says‼️‼️ The only rejoicing a Christian has is in the love and mercy and provision of God who takes the sinners sin away and places it on Jesus who suffered God’s wrath at the cross as if he had sinned. In order for a sinner to be truly righteous and holy in the eyes of a Holy God depends on God himself who actually makes the sinner righteous and holy. God does that when he takes from Jesus the righteous holy and sinless life that Jesus lived on earth before God in TOTAL obedience. God than places the righteousness of Jesus onto the sinner‼️‼️‼️ Now it’s just as if the sinner had lived a sinles and holy life. To God be the glory‼️‼️‼️ Post Reply
