I was decades ago. I am still off, but I get what being a Christian is. Too many fakes who say "it's all about Jesus" and aren't really close. But I am a good person" they say. Good for you. David Wilkerson considered himself fake too and questioned himself time and time again. The Bible says broad is the road that leads to destruction and narrow the gate to otherwise. Sometimes I think the 144,000 people that get to heaven is a literal number. Post Reply

The verse “Narrow is the way and 👉few 👈there be who find it”‼️‼️‼️ That verse is intended to be scary‼️‼️ Anyone not taken back by it might be too confident. Glad you mentioned the 144,000 are Jews. Sadly, this verse and its 144,000 reference has been distorted by false teachers like the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Here’s a partial quote from GotQuestions: “The futurist approach, which we consider the best, interprets the 144,000 literally. When taken at face value, Revelation 7:4 seems to speak of 144,000 actual people living during the end-times tribulation. Moody said something to that effect when a man said to him that there were only hypocrites that went to church. Such was Dwight L. Moody's response. That is one of his famous quotes. According to Jehovah Witness, heaven is fully booked and filled with Jehovah Witness being the 144,000. You cannot even have communion. They have a service once a year, where people are offered the bread and wine, but all are to refuse it because they are so unworthy to take it. It is reserved for the very very few Jehovah witness hierarchies who think they have a chance to fill any remaining vacancy among the 144,000. Kind of like the vacancy that Judas left when he betrayed Christ. Post Reply
