But I have some verses for you against suicide. 19 Or do you not know that your body is a temple* of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? 20For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body. 1Corthnthians 6:19 11 For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope. 12Then when you call upon me and come and pray to me, I will hear you. Jeremiah 29 :11 If you don't mind me asking is this for your own personal information or someone else? Also I want to say that if you have Faith in God, that God is a God of Love and he will protect you. You must pray and praise him everyday even in the worst trails of your life. Post Reply

russellsbrn View Profile History	suicide Posted : 27 May, 2012 05:30 PM I believe if a person commits suicide that it does not automatically send them to hell. My biblical support is Samson. He pulled the pillars of the temple down in him and killed him and all that were inside yet we find him in the new testament as a hero of the faith. I believe there only one sin that sends people to hell and the is the sin of the omission Jesus Christ. If a person has never been saved, then whether it is suicide or homicide, they will still go to hell bc they never trusted Jesus as their Savior. Post Reply

Romans 10:9 Then if you believed why would you then take the life that God has given you. Life is a gift from God. Post Reply

View Profile History	suicide Posted : 5 Jun, 2012 08:00 PM The Gospel of John records Jesus as saying that "the thief comes to steal and kill and destroy, but I have come that they might have LIFE, and that they might have it more ABUNDANTLY" (John 10:10). In other words, the "thief" (and Jesus was calling Satan by that name) is responsible for the death and suffering of this world.
