21 years ago todayPosted : 11 Feb, 2011 03:03 AMI was getting ready to get married at 4:30 today. I was married 1 month shy of 17 years. I'm feeling really sad today. Not because I'm divorced but, because after having 2 children with someone and being the best wife I knew how to be, realizing his heart wasn't with me and I dont' think it ever was!! |

21 years ago todayPosted : 11 Feb, 2011 03:34 PMWe sometimes revisit the past in sadness on certain days for reasons unknown to us...We revisit the feelings...the questions...seeking...possibly resolution...Its ok to revisit the past for there can always be something to gain...but the past is gone and the future yet to be...so for now...just know...that you are loved and appreciated...Today... |

21 years ago todayPosted : 14 Feb, 2011 05:26 PMHmmm, GG, it is human and natural to recall moments - especially moments and relationships of personal sentimental value to us (like marriages and love affairs). It is a reflection of our humanness - so don't feel ashamed or worried when it comes rushing back. Let the tears flow; let the sadness have its way. Pause, reflect, resolve to move forward. It is a healing process. |
