Jade_123 View Profile History	Led To Believe By My Ex Posted : 11 Oct, 2012 12:59 PM Life is hard sometimes, I was going out with a guy for 9 years and Led to believe i was going to get married to him ,he also said to me he wanted to get married, my engagement has been broken by me and he told me he didnt love me enough to marry me after 9 long years i was heart broken ,we been through so much together, it was really heartbreaking to go throught after all he was a christian and believed in the same as me ....and now he regrets what he has done by letting me go ....its been a long time ....we are the best of friends now and thats all its come to but i still ask my self are all christian men like this ..i just question my self as sometimes it still hurts ...but there is nothing more than that there ....if it wasnt for God i know i wouldnt be here ...it was only God that brough me through the break up as i had no friends or family to help me through it at all...i have friends but they have issue of there own....so anyone out there suffering please hold on to God he will never let you go, man will but God wont. Goodness, it sounds like you've been through so much, isn't the Lord always so faithful and just? I have to tell you right off the bat, that not all men are like that, especially not Christian men. Normally it is a Christian man's desire to get married soon. The Lord's goodness shines through all who truly, truly know and love him. If you need anyone to chat with, just small talk .. Well sadly you got 9years, I got 7years from the hand of a lady. Whatever the case, we are both on divide. So i know what it could be or meant to be led on that journey from Egypt into Wilderness and couldn't even make it to the Canaan. Don't despair. Yes it will hurt you if you were really in love. Oh one very painful discovery is this.True love tells us, to be hopeless in it. So when you are in true love, you are never really looking for an alternative, neither will you have a reason to doubt the love or provide for the falling days. Hence, when people take advantage of true love and hurt a heart in it, its easy for them to run off, but not so easy for the other party hurt. 7,8,9 years are solid years that if taken from your current age now, would definitely have significant numeric subtration arithmetically, so i understand it could hurt. But not to worry, like MsMarvel said, thank God you came out. Be rest assure that the years, the locust and the cankerworm had eaten, he will restore.
