Before I get the chance to meet each other, something must have happened to stop the relationship. Eventhough flight was booked to meet each other. First few I know they wasn't for me but somehow I was fallen. I believed God has put me out for not being fall further. The most unbelievable is the recent one. Which I really thought I finally found someone that God has prepared for me. Everything looks so matched and perfect. But his intention from the beginning is to cheat me and my money. I felt I'm looks so stupid for believing him. I felt joyful and blessed at the begiining though I still putting my prayer to God for this is real one. And I was pulling down from heaven to the ground badly when I get to know the truth. And it happened few days before my vacation. Arghhh.... The incident might be painful in short term, but thank God I didn't loose anything and He has again saved me from the dark. Post Reply

Often times we fall for the wrong guy in our heart. God is the one who knows our heart and he can guard it, if we trust in Him. Many are deceptive online dating. :angel: Post Reply

Posted : 19 Aug, 2011 10:36 PM Jo, From reading your Post Iget the "feeling" that since you've had a "few" Online Relationships that perhaps you are Trying Too Hard? Perhaps you want this to happen so Desperately that you "Convince Yourself" that "...this guy is The One". People will Lie to themselves and then to their Friends and Fanily. It is only when the moment comes to the "Pay up or Walk Away" point that Reality sets in. I think you need someone that you Trust...to give you an Objective Appraisal of any guy you meet online. Then you won't "Fall" so quickly and so Easily. If you wear your Heart like you wear your shoe...you're going to get Hurt. Give your Heart to JESUS... He will Protect it and if any Man wants it...guess what? They have to go to Jesus to Ask for it! Slow Down Girl...the slower it takes for Love to "set" it's Roots... the Deeper those Roots will be. God proves good to the man who passionately waits, to the woman who diligently seeks. It's a good thing to quietly Hope, quietly Hope for help from God. We older folks have been around the block a few times and can point out relationship, personality and spiritual problems you can not perceive. Be at peace if it is God's will you find a mate He will bring him along --just be patient. Whats the phrase ? Oh, yes. "Be patient and wait upon the Lord. " Post Reply

Posted : 28 Aug, 2011 08:53 AM I can agree with most of the advise given in response, however I would be very careful who I involved in my relationships. A trusted FAMILY MEMBER can be of great value. However, anyone, friends included must not base opinions or advise on any one past experience. We can at times still be suffering ourselves from emotional issues and or relational let downs that WILL be bias. This can manefest itself in unrighteous judgements and stereotypical unfairness. Prayer and time is our best reliance. In time all things come to light, that which is true and that which is not true. These days we must allow sufficient time to assess compatabilities. Many can and do appear at first to be genuine, but in time the hidden self becomes apparent. Give time for much prayer in all things! The Lord is near! Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all comprehension will gaurd your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
